Connienut

I have a 2019 Edge Titanium. the lift gate opened/closed a couple ties, then stopped, I have tried the battery disconnect trick, but still nothing. when we hit the button on the liftgate, the dash button, or the button on the remote, it does unlatch, but does not open/close automatically anymore. Any thoughts?
