  1. I have more faith in the Edge's transmission than my shifting reflexes, especially in 'S' mode.
  2. ForScan: Module Section As built value Updated value Tested Status Parameters Notes APIM 7D0-02-01 4341 0104 E447 x7xx xxxx xxxx 2018-02-25 Enabled Enable view text/nav input while in motion
  3. On Sync2, the following Mod does not work: APIM 7D0-01-01 xxxx xxxx x7xx Heated Seat AND Steering Wheel on home & climate screen Given the right package, the 8" display on Sync2 will show by default heated and AC seat buttons, as well as the heated steering wheel. When this Mod is applied, AC seat icons are removed from the home screen.
  4. I also noticed this one: 720-01-01 IPC CC22 1264 60ED xExx Avg Speed RPM, Avg Speed Display Enabled Where are Avg speed & RPM displayed? Any unwanted consequence for this one?
  5. Thanks, I did find an 'As built' I had downloaded before starting mods.
  6. Thanks for your list. I noticed your comment "but removes AWD gauge" on 720-01-01 "Adds an "Average Speed" menu item to Trip/Fuel menu". I have a 2015 and I see this same behavior on my mod. I just can't figure out how adding average speed impacts the AWD gauge. Any thoughts? I didn't take a backup on this one: anybody with a 2015 happen to remember the original value on that byte?
  7. You mention mods I don't think I've seen in the 4-5 sources I have. Could you post with a text or Excel attachment? Thanks.
  8. Aside from the "full body color sides and a different rear skid plate", I don't see options that are not part of Titanium. There must be more than that.
  9. You've been busy Could you share the codes for the above function? I couldn't find it in my tables.
  10. Sure looks impressive and the price as well. I'm surprised it can (apparently) support all the car's inputs (door ajar, backup camera, GPS, steering column buttons, etc.) The demo though is in a Honda. I would have been more impressed if it had been in an Edge. And then there's the fact that it's a China product with no review yet. What about long term reliability? Also wonder how it would behave in -40°C and +30°C Let's say I wouldn't personally buy this until some other guinea pigs did. BUT, if this thing is real, then that's exactly what I consider Ford should have come up with.
  11. Only way is to reprogram using FORScan. Several threads on this.
  12. Obvious question, sorry: is the vehicle key in the On or Started position? No offense, but you may want to invest in a ODB-II interface that provides more functionality (not only reading, but writing) at a much reduced cost and accessible from Windows, Android and IOS. I could only find the 3100-j product on Innova's Web site. The documentation states that it can hold up to 3 scanned vehicles. Is it possible you have reached that Max? You could try to reset the device to be sure and try connecting again.
  13. Interesting how the shark fin antenna doesn't show on the spied 2019 in this link but shows on the OP's link. I wish they would find another location for the antenna so the moon roof could open even further.
  14. Out of curiosity, when would you prefer to have them off?
  15. I recently noticed some quite deep grooves on the rears as well; fronts seem fine. 2015 with 27 000 km (close to 17 000 miles). Ford dealer does a complete car check on oil change. I now realize, after verifying all work orders since purchase, that they all indicate "brake check not done". Not what I expected. jmr0061 - I'm interested in your comment about "I could get them replaced under warranty".Won't the answer be "normal wear & tear" ?
  16. Have to agree with you, but for local driving. This feature, in my opinion, is worth a million if you've driven for some extended time (8-10 hours) and have, for example, only 30 minutes left before you reach your destination. The road is getting too monotonous, maybe you're a bit tired. I've lived it too many times and this is where I wish I had this feature on my previous Edges. In my 2015, I use it occasionally when required but leave it off most of the time.
  17. macbtw, Good video, but I have to admit when I saw the 17 min. length, I went on to something else. Please keep those coming, but you may want to consider either shortening or providing a synopsis at the beginning.
  18. The device, even though USB 3, will dumb down to 2 or even 1 when negotiating with the Edge.
  19. Or leave with the key, but shut the door only to the first lock/catch position.
  20. Based on the areal map displayed by HERE for the update to my street (du Sulky, Pierrefonds), I think it dates back 6-7 years. Not reassuring.
  21. There are actually 3 cities with a "rue du Sulky" in the province of Quebec. The one I'm curious about is the one in Pierrefonds. IT would show as a dead end connected to Palomino.
  22. My street name changed from a weird name to another weird name 3 years ago, but that's beside the point. Can you check for: "du Sulky" or "Sulky" Pierrefonds, QC Canada Thanks in advance!
  23. I rented a SantaFe (limited, mind you) this summer for a 6000 km trek and was very impressed. I found a few features on the Hyundai that were missing on my Edge (actually working cooled seats), but overall I wouldn't trade my Edge for a Hyundai. Personal criteria are by nature subjective and at the end of the day, what counts, is your personal feeling, regardless of technical features. As an example, we were looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife . I thought the Escape was the One, did what you did, calculating and weighting, but my wife said "I don't feel good in this car" and we went for a Tucson. So good choice!
