  1. Ublock took care of that banner for me. I also use Ghostery - blocks all the trackers. Ghostery Makes the Web Cleaner, Faster and Safer! https://www.ghostery.com/
  2. I ordered and bought mine from my local dealer when I was abroad because he had one in stock in the color I wanted ( I'd never sat in an Edge, let alone test drive one). Dealership picked me up from the airport and straight to collect the Edge Sport.
  3. I have a few concerns with that style, the sintered filter once wet with oil, which won't take long, will present a air/gas flow restriction and from then on its going to be less effective and increases the potential for crankcase pressure to increase. If I was to use the compressed air filters, I'd drill a few holes in the sintered filter and wrap it with the course pot scourer. The other odd thing is the size. Catch cans like the JLT rely on a gas/air flow direction change with gravity, a course filter like pot scourers, and a housing that will promote condensation - low gas/air pressure drop. Also, those compressed air filters are really cheap - don't know what Steeda charge, and if they make any modifications to the standard air filters, but is doesn't look like it. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-1-4-in-Air-Compressor-Filter-HDA70403AV/100027474 This one with a higher cfm rating and metal bowl at $26 would be a better option compared to the Steeda. https://www.amazon.com/EXELAIR-Milton-FRL-Mini-Filter/dp/B01MEGKUIK
  4. Anyone have experience with the Steeda Catch Can? The one in this image just doesn't look right to me.

Personal opinion is that once that sintered filter is wet with oil, it will no longer allow free air/gas flow and has the risk of the crankcase pressure increasing
  6. The latest forum update trashed the saved profile photos, and the new image insert arrangements aren't very smart. I reduced the image file size and frame size, but the entering tool doesn't allow you to display the whole image.
  7. Good info to have in your profile.
  8. With the 4th July discount coupon, you can get a set of 4 Atturo for $499.77 https://www.simpletire.com/atturo-265-40r21-az850a7flaafe-tires
  9. The PTU cannot be turned off. The prop shaft to the RDU will always rotate as long as the PTU is installed.
  10. Any pictorials or video on how to change the plugs. On my wife's 3.7L Mustang the intake manifold needs to come off, but even so it's a fairly easy job.
  11. Typically engines with variable valve timing do not need an EGR valve - the cams can be positioned to achieve the same.
  12. I've also been getting the rebate for a few years now, and have also received the rebate for oil bought from retailers other than what Mobil list, and the past two years I've been buying at Costco when the 6 pack cartons go on sale, which is my preferred package seeing as our engines use 6 quarts. The latest is the rebate arriving in the form of a printable check, which I then deposit using the banking app on my phone. I have an alert set on https://slickdeals.net which prompts me each year to watch for when Costco puts this oil on sale, and then buy my years supply. https://slickdeals.net/f/13019146-costco-mobil-1-full-synthetic-6-quart-packs-16-69-after-rebate?attrsrc=Test%3AHideExpiredSearch%3AControl&src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1 Costco currently has the 6 quart packs of Mobil 1 marked down $10, this can be combined with the current Mobil 1 rebate of $12 and get you 6 quarts at $2.78/quart. While this is a bit more per quart than buying jugs its still a great deal for people who prefer individual quarts over jugs. $38.69 per 6qt pack -$10 Costco discount -$12 Mobil 1 rebate = $16.69 or $2.78 per quart Limit of 5 per household https://mobiloil.com/en/promotion/mobil-promotions/mobil-1-rebate-2019
  13. Did you look on their web site? JLT 3.0 Oil SEPARATOR Passenger Side (2015-19 Edge Sport/ST, Lincoln MKX 2.7L EcoBoost)
  14. 8 miles on mine when I took delivery, but I doubt thats a real number seeing as my window sticker reads "Method of Transp. CONVOY".
  15. The 21" wheels are a factory option on this model, with the standard being 20", so post a photo of your wheels and we'll be able to tell whether you have 20 or 21".
  16. My buttons on the top right of the steering is what I use to switch source.
  17. Looks like you stumbled on the wrong Model forum - have you tried the Taurus forum?.
  18. Installed the new $12 set of fasteners today - the only difference with these is the inclusion of the foam gasket. The job was simple enough, and would be a lot easier on a lift, but a pain in the butt taking both underbody shields completely off to install the new fasteners. Highly recommend that you get the dealership to do the job if still under warranty. Underbody Shield.pdf
  19. At least 3 to 4 threads - you'll find all that info in the thread I previously posted, and better off asking any additional questions there (why create a new thread on the same topic?). Edit: See that the same topic threads were merged.
  20. I thought that the 2010 didn't have a drain plug. You'll find a lot more info in the existing threads on this topic -
  21. Seeing these cheap covers on the Mustang forum, I bought enough of them to do my wife's Mustang and my Edge, but the striker covers don't fit the Edge. https://www.ebay.com/itm/4PCS-Car-Door-Striker-Cover-Lock-Protector-Antirust-Case-For-Ford-Focus-Fiesta/122765696600 https://www.ebay.com/itm/2PcsX-Car-Door-Stopper-Buckle-Stop-Cap-Rust-protector-cover-For-Ford-Mustang-15/253114234474 Has anyone else bought these door striker covers for the Edge, and if so where.
  22. Look forward to hearing what they have in mind to correct it.
  23. @roots57 I took advantage of the "Presidents Day" sale and had a set of Atturo delivered - I'm at 41K miles now and looks like I'll make it to 55K miles on the original P-Zero's. How many miles to you get on the Atturo's? Still haven't lined up an installer, but looks like Big-O will be the best for me.
  24. You appear to know. Share some of the public information that you find on the internet, and we'll all have knowledge of the current use of zinc plated body panels. https://www.autobody101.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16694
