  1. The PTU holds almost a quart. Why don't you consider the post directly above yours - a drain plug?
  2. 7 Months and 9K mile update. When braking at speeds 40 mph and below there's a faint growl and light vibration which changes as the speed peels off and it comes to a stop - not bad enough to make me want to rush out and buy new brakes. The original rotors were definitely warped based on the lower frequency vibration when braking at speeds 60+ mph, but were smooth at lower speed. My wife's 2015 Mustang with the original solid rotors is smooth at all times, so might go back to solid rotors next time. Edit: Sent an information request to Power Stop and within a day they responded by email and called, offering a new replacement kit.
  3. I did a search on my past orders from Amazon and all my purchases were found in the below list, except for the Mercon LV, but that was also from a reputable seller. Some air and oil filters bought on Amazon were from Greenway Ford. I'll be paying close attention to the seller when buying on Amazon.
  4. Old thread, but another thread prompted me to check my spare and it was at 21 psi. My manual sates:
  5. Checked for the first time in 3 years and found at 21 psi.
  6. If you've had tires replaced or wheels rotated at a dealership or tire centre, make sure that the emergency lug wrench still fits the lug nuts - most places use impact wrenches and it distorts the two-piece lug nuts such that the 21mm wrench no longer fits.
  7. Welcome. Is there a specific query that you have for the forum?
  8. Good idea to add your vehicle Model Year to your profile. https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=JxlRXtbqJsy7tgW0kLco&q=https+%2F%2Fwww.fordedgeforum.com+transmission+drain+and+fill&oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fordedgeforum.com+transmission+drain+and+&gs_l=psy-ab.1.0.33i160l2j33i299l2.822.9474..12508...0.0..0.242.3157.6j18j1......0....2j1..gws-wiz.......0i13.9_Bw-6Nk_Nk I did multiple drain and fills, .....didn't touch the lines to and from the cooler.
  9. Just to be sure, did you get these: https://www.weathertech.com/ford/2016/edge/mudflap-no-drill-digitalfit/edge-sport/yes/ Looks like they now have the Sport version.
  10. BTW, did you notice the bold statement at the top of this subsection? Might get more responses if you ask a Moderator to move it to the appropriate section.
  11. I'm 100% sure that you'll find what you're looking for right here - try the search function, or do a Google search with this forum URL included in the search line.
  12. As a process of elimination, I would do an oil change filling it with the spec quantity of oil, note where on the dipstick that is, use an OEM oil filter, then monitor it frequently from there.
  13. Until proven with a pressure gauge, always trust the low oil pressure switch, and the fact that it happens when turning which would cause the oil flow towards the side of the sump possibly allowing the oil pump suction to draw air. If it happens immediately after an oil change where the correct amount of oil was used (not based on dip stick), then definitely get an oil pressure gauge temporarily installed to monitor the pressure, and if it still drops only on corners it would be time to pull the sumpp and inspect.
  14. You might get a better response if you posted in the appropriate subsection of the forum.

  16. Not sure if its the same as this M/Y, but the below post will show how to get access to the attachments inside.
  17. I also suggest that you take a closer look at the PTU.
  18. It's an 11mm and couldn't find one in my area, so I used a 7/16" is a very good snug fit. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004W80ESO/?coliid=I313I9IFF7QEMR&colid=7FQZRUTL8DOG&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
  19. True, absolutely nothing wrong with selecting products like this on personal preference. All I'm doing is drawing attention to the false performance enhancement claims by some of these manufacturers, which have no real technical or engineering basis. A very typical example is some, not all, that install "cold air" intakes which actually draw hot air from the engine compartment directly behind the hot radiator, and placebo has the driver 'feeling" an incredible power gain.
