It sounds like you've had your vehicle at three incompetent service shops, which in the end has cost you more than it would have taking it to the Dealership service center or a reputable independent shop. The only advice I can offer is to take it to a reputable competent service shop.

Who installed it like that? - what else have they done wrong !!! How did you determine that the heater hose is cracked?

The area inside the red circle - looks like its disconnected whatever it is.

I've ordered the replacement from Amazon - Its the Dorman brand and hopefully it lasts longer than the OEM. I'm not familiar with the 2.0L, but maybe @Haz can help. In photo #3 it looks like an air/vacuum pipe is disconnected ? In photo #4 it looks like the serpentine belt is InsideOut ?

Thanks for the update, but I'll believe it when I see it because robertlane sure leaves us with the impression that he's abandoned this forum. Maybe the new hosting service will correct the fault that prevents the profile detail being displayed. Posted August 28, 2019

I've done the Drain/Fill twice on my 2017 Sport at around 45K miles each time and it was not black. If its black I'd be concerned that its been abused or its a sign of issues on the horizon. 70K mile oil change interval for the PTU is way overdue - I do mine at 30K miles.

New windshield installed Friday afternoon and this morning very early I drove to the airport and back in the rain and this afternoon I took it through the car wash and no leaks.

I'm still very happy with them - smooth and quiet. I used the same silver paint on the new front rotors and the rear, and as can be seen they still look better than they would if they weren't painted, but could do with a fresh coat of paint.

When I changed spark plugs on my wife's 3.7L Mustang I found oil in the intake - I replaced the PCV valve and installed a catch-can and no longer get oil in the intake. I doubt that the engine braking would cause this.

I don't believe there's a way to remove it, but I use 303 aerospace protectant to mask it.

I stopped in at their shop on Friday and the identified an error made by the installation tech - they confirmed that the windshield will be removed and didn't do so on Friday because they didn't have stock of mine - the senior tech says that they usually install a complete new one because during removal it often breaks and the time to clean the sealant off the old one also makes it cost effective to use a new one.

A few days after the windshield install I went through the car wash and when I got home I saw a little water on the drivers side mat, so went through the car was again this afternoon checking the mats are all dry before - I have a leak. Will call tomorrow to schedule the fix - wonder if it means removal to reseal.

I'm not an expert on this but believe that it is possible to add NAV but it would need a new APIM and GPS antenna - this is what I did on my wife's 2015 Mustang. I can PM you the contact for the person that sold me all the Ford hardware needed, all configured. On my 2017 Edge Sport I no longer use the in dash NAV after getting a wireless Carplay device - Waze is all I use for navigation.

I would start by reading the stored error codes using Forscan or other device that's know to have the capabilities with Ford. After that I'd use the scanner monitor the O2 sensors paying particular attention to when the engine is warmed and the A/F ratio switches from Open Loop to Closed Loop.

See what I was getting at with regards the scanner? I would start by checking out the transmission selector and linkages, and the connector to the transmission range switch - if that all checks out good then get a wiring diagram and confirm the range switch is giving the correct output at its connector when selecting each gear position. My model had a recall due to issues with the synthetic bush connecting the cable to the transmission range lever - wonder if that's good on yours. Maybe @Haz could help with the wiring diagram.
