  1. My 2017 Sport paint is completely etched from the acid rain from the power plant that I work at. I'm very surprised that there's any form of warranty on this - need to look what the fine print says about this.
  2. Welcome. What's the mileage? What's the service history - oil change interval - what oil used - what oil filter used - who does the oil changes? I would trust the oil pressure switch is functioning correctly unless proven otherwise by a gauge.
  3. No, not a "pushnut" - its one of these: Self-Threading Nuts - Washer Type https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-Help-45384-Thread-Cutting/dp/B000COCTDK/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1P1YYZBZNSRU2&keywords=Thread+Cutting+Nut&qid=1676246531&s=industrial&sprefix=thread+cutting+nut%2Cindustrial%2C121&sr=1-3
  4. They're pressed steel nuts. Maybe @Haz can identify them for you and where they can be bought.
  5. What's the mileage? What's the oil change history - oil used and miles between changes ?
  6. What are you using to read the codes? - I ask because an app that I trusted didn't read codes that were present and showed using ForscanLite. You could try a shot of starter fluid - that would identify if it was a fuel delivery issue and if it has spark.
  7. Hacker with Russian IP address has been busy today, hacked a couple of accounts of members that joined back in 2012.
  8. There's more than one way of doing the relearn, and with this M/Y they would self learn just by driving it for about 20 miles. I use the "wake-up" device in the link that you posted because its the quicker more practical way of doing it.

  10. The driver electronics need the supply voltage to be steady above a certain threshold and when in dim mode there's probably just not enough to hold it on, also many vehicles these days use Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to control the brightness of a lamp, which is more like AC than DC which the LED's need.
  11. I expect the front turn signals are the same as my 2017 Sport, the turn signals are dim with the parks on and switch between dim and bright when the turn signal is on, so the LED's aren't going to work.
  12. What's the mileage and service history? The first two codes are related to the Variable Valve Timing and typical of engines that haven't been maintained - infrequent oil changes. The third code indicates a poor CAT performance, which would be premature for a 2017 so could be oil burning that lead to that.
  13. From @Dasher21591 I've also encountered this - instead of indicating that the file is too large it posts blanks. Very doubtful the forum owners will correct this, so just make sure you reduce the file size before posting.
  14. Have you checked your owners manual for the bulb spec and tried Autozone for replacements?
  15. Get the stored error codes read, be be aware that not all code scanners are reliable - I learnt that lesson and now only use Forescan Lite to read codes.
  16. The past few weeks there's been a few accounts obviously hacked and used to post malicious links. If you see such posts best you don't let your curiosity and click on the links, and use the "report post" button. The only option was to ban the hacked users accounts. This would be a good time to strengthen your account password.

  18. Post a photo of the broken clip. If its the retaining clips, then it will have no impact on the valve or engine unless the connection falls off - the O-ring inside the fitting keeps it sealed. EVAP Tube Quick Release Coupling Clip - where to buy? - 2.7L EcoBoost - Ford Edge Forum
