  1. My 2019 would intermittently show a location other then where it actually was. This "ghosting" happened whether the vehicle was moving or parked. Took it to the dealer (extended warranty) and was told the Telecommunication module was to blame. Unfortunately that module is reported do be on back order until sometime after the first of the year.
  2. I had a similar issue with my 19 Titanium where Ford Pass would not give me the current location of the vehicle. The dealer had to reprogram the APIM and now it works fine. Another issue to check is if your mobile data provider for your car is current.
  3. Have the Aries on both of my Edge's for the last few years. No problems.
  4. https://www.covercraftoutlet.com/ some deals here
  5. I asked if the temperature could be adjusted via software and mentioned Forscan. I was told they don't use Forscan, and that Forscan is something used by non dealer shops to alter OEM software. I told him I was not happy with the lukewarm temperature and requested a replacement wheel if it could not be adjusted to a more realistic temperature. .......The service writer said he will discuss it with their warranty person and get back to me.
  6. The heated wheel in my 2018 Sport gets very warm/toasty to the point of almost being hot. The steering wheel in my 2019 barely gets warm no matter how long it is left on. The dealership claims that is normal and state that they compared it to another 2019 Edge which also barely got warm. I wonder if something was changed at Ford for the 19 model year or is the dealership feeding me a line. Temps are in the 20-30's here so that should not be a factor. How warm does your 19 Edge wheel get?
  7. Had the wheels painted and added the running boards.....
  8. Love that Ruby Red on our Titanium
  9. Ford also did away with the plastic engine cover on my 19 Titanium.
  10. This post shows by tank.... https://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/22553-fuel-filter-location-2015-edge/
  11. UPDATE Advisor wasn't sure but believes it was #2 cylinder that was bad. They are going to push Ford for a new crate engine. Advisor stated they had a 1.5 eco need replacing last month and a 2.7 in a F150 with 30K right before that. Dealership believes my case to be a manufacturing defect. We shall see. I was told if they get a replace order once paperwork is complete it could be at least 2 weeks minimum for the new engine to arrive if one is available per their experience........
  12. My 2018 Sport with 7100 miles is now in the Dealer's shop awaiting a new engine. On Monday morning upon startup I noticed a misfire/minor vibration which went away as soon as I started driving. No engine light on dash so I chalked it up to a cold engine. The next morning I again had a slight misfire on first startup which again went away as I drove a few blocks to mail a package. Upon returning to the vehicle and starting it I had a check engine light continuously lit. Shutting off and restarting did not make the light go away. I drove to the Dealer, which is a couple miles from my house, but they were backed up and could not fit me in and asked I come back first thing this morning. I did and dropped off the car. I then got a call from the service advisor a few hours later who informed me a new engine was needed. I will get more details when I stop up there later but I was told that upon checking the problem cylinder with a bore scope they found the inside soaked in oil and also possibly coolant. Because the car is less then 12 months old and still under primary warranty I am to be given a loaner car and the advisor sees no problem with a new long block once required paperwork is filed. The car has never been tuned or modified, has only had full synthetic oil changes (2), and I use Shell V-Power 93 fuel almost exclusively. I have no idea how many weeks/time this will take to get it back. ......
  13. I have the in channel type from Weathertech and have had no problem with them.
  14. I purchased the Weathertech front mud flaps for non sport models..............
