Hi Guys...thanks for the post...I have a 2012 Ford Edge SEL and had the same problem. Driver side hot air and passenger side cold air. I simply disconnected the plug and plugged it back in, seems not to be a tight fit...Well the AXC is working now. Will attache a pic so you can see, the plug I disconnected is the GREEN one...thanks for all your help
