  1. I heard EBC is making a slotted rotor. I don't want to buy some off brand rotor, just to say i have slotted rotors. As for my wheels they are Giovanna's 22". Lowered on H&R's, no rubbing issues what so ever. You can get them with a chrome over lay on the larger spokes, but i wanted the all murdered out look. AS for tinting my front windows,.. it's on my list of shit to do. G2 paint,.. already got it (in black), but now i'm thinking i'd rather have the calipers red...??? And lastly, i have no desire to replace a 3 inch antenna wit a 2 inch one. -Cannon
  2. Someone just needs to make a turbo kit for our Edge's. Oh and slotted rotors! -Cannon P.s. Sorry about the pics,.. she was dirty
  3. I bought and returned the CAI and the tuner. The CAI metal shroud is sharper than hell and will cut the shit out of you while trying to install that stupid rubber trim piece. Also, the TB spacer will NOT work in conjunction with the CAI, it pushes the CAI to far forward. Lastly, i ran into nothing but problems with the tuner,.. including a dead vehicle that needed to have SCT's tech line called. Over 6 hrs on the phone with them, and having to reboot the programmer 3 times. I currently am running just the TB spacer, and honestly can't say i notice any difference. Oh and ya, those tiny screws that hold the MAP are a P.I.A. to get too. And my kit did not include any RTV sealant any. They could have atleast included allen wrenches for the kit. Only one version of the CAI was available when i bought it, and it needed the tuner. I bought the CAI when it first came out. I think like 2 weeks later they came out with another version that had a "sleeve" you could add allowing it to be installed withOUT a tune...? Either way. Was not happy, and had to go thru ALOT of B.S. -Cannon
  4. I ordered the TB spacer, CAI, and the tuner. The CAI will NOT fit in conjunction with the TB spacer. As for the tuner....LOOOOONNNG STORY, and after my Edge sat for 4 days dead in the water, and i spent 3 hours on the phone with SCT, it was returned,.. along with the CAI. As for the other guy, .. performance gains can be had with stand alone parts and without a tune. Obviously a tune will increase their performances tho. -Cannon
  5. True, but the Weapon-r set-up is better than the stock set-up. I honestly don't notice a difference with the Steeda TB spacer, but i'm sure it's better than how it was.
  6. i got one. I'm running a Weapon-R CAI, with the Steeda spacer, and for exhaust, i have a semi custom set up. Flowmaster with a added 2 foot resonator. Has a nice drone to it, but not TOO loud. As for the TB spacer, hard to tell yet. Let me get back to ya on that one. -Cannon
  7. I average high 17 or low 18 MPG. Even when i try to drive like an old lady (which is rarely). I tend to drive with the OD off most of the time, otherwise the Edge is constantly downshifting to try and find power. I believe the Edge's are geared horribly. -Cannon
  8. Ahhh, gotcha. Ya thats going around. Drink lotsa water
  9. Well, you can't have it. Your gonna have to make it yourself,.. like i did -Love Cannon
  10. Hey guys,.. umm, i'm "that guy" with the murdered edge. You could do exactly what i did in vinyl, but use gloss vinyl instead ya know...? Just a thought. Just find one of those local shops that do vinyl overlays for advertisement on vehicles. Thats what i did. You not gonna want to paint it tho.. it'll keep chipping. Trust me i know. -Cannon
  11. I have a 3 foot resonator, and then i have the magnaflow, i believe it is. With just the muffler by itself it was way to loud and droning sounding inside the vehicle. But with the added resonator, it's juuuuust right. -Cannon
  12. No worries man,.. i already have an exhaust system on my Edge. Thanks tho -Cannon
  13. Oh, ok... ya, mine are the 18" chrome clad ones. Well, let me know if you change your mind. -Cannon
  14. Yes i am! Stock 18's in the chrome clad,.. only 2k miles on them. I'll meet ya in Santa Barbara,.. thats the best i can do. Interested? -Cannon
  15. Thanks! And i finally got off my butt and installed my H&R springs,.. so it looks even better now. Think i'll replace my Weapon-R intake with the Steeda one when they come out with it. -Cannon
  16. Cool, i'm jealous. I need to get off my ass and put these springs on. I mean it's not that i have A.D.D.,.. it just that,... oh hey look, a squirrel! -Cannon
  17. The H&R springs drop the Edge, like 1.5 and 1.7 inches. Not a whole lot, but enough to give it a much nicer appearance. As for camber etc,.. not sure, but you would definitely want to take it in and get the alignment done. I'll let you know if i decide to do the HID's. Right now i got my eye set on the Steeda stuff coming out. -Cannon
  18. Thanks bro! Just gotta put the damn lowering springs on. Hey do you sell HID's... and if so, do you have them for the Edge, and if yes,..LOL,.. how much for high's and low's, and fogs??? Thanks! -Cannon
  19. Here are updated pics,.. some you guys requested (pics of the Ford Emblems). I still haven't gotten off my butt and put the H&R springs on,.. but their fun to look at sitting in my living room, lol. -Cannon
  20. You "black out" the foglight bezels, by taking them off and painting them black......???!?!? Why is vinyl over?!?!? Do you mean, WHAT is a vinyl over-lay??? It's like a big, flat black sticker. -Cannon Thanks for the compliments.
