I have a 2015 Edge Sport and started experiencing the blank screen when starting the car. Sometimes it comes on down the road, and sometimes it doesn't. Started about two months ago. A master reset seems to have helped resolve the issue for now but I lost all my favorites in the navigation system. My question, does anyone know how to back up the map favorites in case a master reset is necessary again. thanks
