Ford does say there is break-in period (300 miles) for these brakes. It's in the OM. Mine were touchy at first, but at 600 miles they seem OK now.

Mine was built 4/19 and mine don't cool either/

You can turn off DRLs by using the controls on the left side of the steering wheel cpntrols and the left screen. I turned mine off. When I travel in Canada, I'll turn them on.

If you have the Sony premium sound system it has 12 speakers. Are you sure all your speakers are working. When I got my 2016 the system sounded bad. I did some audio adjustments and now I really like the sound. There many adjustments you can make.

I have a MKC and the seats are very comfortable. We took a 1500 mile trip in the Escape. It was pure torture even for my wife. The Escape had pass/driver 10 way seats and we could not get them adjusted. Our dealer gives us 4 hour test drives. The one where we bought the Escape wouldn't fo it....should have walked away then.

I bought my Edge because I hated my 2015 Escape Ti. The Edge turned out to be everything I was looking for, comfort, options and ride ability and more. I buy Ford/Lincoln because of Ford employee pricing (A-Z). Hard to beat.

Many of these aftermarket sites have not updated yet for the 2016. If you change your selection to 2015 you will get better results. The 2015 and 2016 models share many-many parts.

I had a return/buy-back with Ford once and they sent me a check for the tax.

I got the drivers package in mine as I have Adaptive cruse control in two other cars. I feel your pain I traded in a 2015 Escape Ti with 6700 miles because the seats were terrible for us. Our trips are about 1800 miles and very painful with the Escape. Very poor buying decision.

I would take it to the dealer.

I would go back to global open/close like my FFH had and MY MKZh has. I use that option all the time in the Lincoln.

You might want to think about rebooting your system. I'm able to read or ignore. I always choose to have the text read/spoken through the system.

In my 2013 Fusion hybrid they had to replace the filler neck as it had broke and would not let me fill up the tank, At the time they said it was extremely rare. My light also went on.

I recently bought a 2016 Edge with the 302A package, drivers package and the cold climate package in Too Good To Be True Blue. It was exactly what I was looking for and it was at a dealer 36 miles away. There was no issue with my dealer doing a trade....they were happy to do it. I told the dealer no 20" wheels or towing package.
