The dark spot I had was in the middle of the beams in the front. However, after going to a local shop at work, they were working on a late model SUV interceptor. Showed me about laying down the front facade, doing so I removed the headlight and found that my bulbs were not in properly. One of the ears on the edge of the bulb was not in the guide. I miss the old fashioned plastic ones you can see!

Had a simialair problem, dealership "adjusted" them, now the high beams disappear when activated. Anyone else have this?
