  1. agree about the physical button. Same for the front and lower vent controls, i would've liked to see physical buttons instead of it being in the climate screen. they have the place to have all 3 buttons and still keep it looking clean
  2. You can add heated/cooled seats icons on homescreen using Forscan. They will show left and right of the heated steering wheel icon.
  3. Aldo shared the site on FB - ordered mine already: It's a UK site: https://www.dmb.uk.com/ You need to order: Fiesta Mk7.5 Mk8 ST Build Number Gel Badge * and at checkout specify the color you want if different from the color options they have. https://www.dmb.uk.com/prod/2345/fiesta-mk7-st-build-number-gel-badge Total cost mailed $18 CAD
  4. Same here. Started with a 2013 SEL kodiak brown, followed by a 2016 SEL Silver and now got a 2019 ST white platinum.
  5. I've seen those too. Aldo did some nice mods, including a Rotora BBK; a custom SoCal steering wheel. The build number would be on your window sticker; the long number at the bottom, just before the lasr six digit.
  6. Depends on your comfort level proceeding with the repair yourself. I would start searching for any online videos to assess complexity of the change and then make a decision from there.
  7. I wonder if our European or International Edge owners have the same challenge with Nav updates? Wonder as well if Built in Nav is the way of the future. With the integration with Waze, Android Auto & Carplay, you have several options for NAV other then the manufacturer provided built in Nav.
  8. It's replaceable: Applique - Ford (FT4Z-5820554-B) you have to remove the door inside trim and I believe there's a couple of bolts that hold it in place.
  9. https://www.facebook.com/groups/fordedgedriversunited/permalink/2019629774831453/?sale_post_id=2019629774831453 They sold but if you are looking for ideas
  10. I added the setting in left IPC using Forscan, but did not resolve the issue. For Ford to have an SSM and have engineering work on it, I would suspect something more then just a missing IPC menu.
  11. All of that was checked and verified as not working prior to taking it to the dealership. Owner's manual pages 82 and 105 also read. Tech also gone through diagnostics and confirmed adaptive part not working.
  12. I Know some of you already posted about the Adaptive LED Headlamps not working under the "New ST owner Thread", but thought I start this thread. There are also discussions on the same topic on the Ford EDGE ST Owners Facebook Page. This impacts Vehicles with Titanium 301A and ST 401A package. Mine was at the dealership yesterday to have them look at it as mine are not working. the Service Manager informed me that Ford has SSM 47810 open for the issue, that they are aware of it and that engineering is working on a solution. Didn't get the full transcript of the SSM. If any has access to the details of the SSM and can post it, it would be great.
  13. if you are referring to using Forscan with an OBDII reader, you're answer is in the post below:
  14. I noticed on my ST, when remote starting only driver seat and steering wheel heat comes on. Passenger seat stays off. Remote start settings are set to auto, so not sure why? For the steering wheel, it did get very hot the first few times I put it on but the last couple of days seems to be OK. Checked with Forscan and HSW temp is set to 94° F.
  15. I have the letter I received from Ford Canada. Attached copy, Name and Vin removed. TSB 17B39.pdf
  16. That's the modem for the wifi and hotspot as well as Ford Pass ...
  17. and the third one is in the rear driver fender/wheel well
  18. the second one is a paint chip on the rear passenger door (most probably happened at the dealership after delivery)
  19. My 2016 SEL had a long list of fit and finish issues. The ST is cleaner and has a better finish; however the paint defects I have are not paint runs unfortunately one defect is on the hood lip.
  20. What is your impression so far of the fit and finish quality of your ST. I'm quite happy with mine overall. A couple of paint defects that dealership and Ford is addressing. A few things I would have liked to see: - LED lights for license plate (they are the only non LED lights on the exterior). - For those of us that have the Vista roof, a black shark fin to blend in with the roof. - performance brake package for canadian market (not available currently). - Integrated dashcam (At least as an option if not standard). - the left small storage compartment/drawer (was removed in 2019). - the hook for the cargo area floor panel . It was very handy when trying to get to the storage compartments and spare tire. Also removed on the 2019
