Where I’m located *

So, I upgraded from a 2013 edge to a 2015 edge. However. I feel like theres parts missing ! What do you guys think ? Looking at the car from an areal view, the space between the sunroof and the door jamb theres a gap. When Im located I have these devil leaves that get into them and they arent easy to get them out. I noticed that there is about a foot size of of what looks like foam but only on one side of the car. Car doesnt go all the way through. Is this space supposed to be filled with something. Or am I doomed to deal with these leaves for life ?

Switching to LED's back there. How the heck do these things come out ? Not the same as my previous 2013. Can't find a how to. I'm pretty sure I broke one cause now the whole assembly is loose. ??‍♀️

So. I'm just under 3 weeks with the new car. Went from a 13 edge to a 15 edge. In my original post I wasn't thrilled about a few things. But after having some time with it here are my thoughts. The seats are more comfortable. I love that the seats have an ac option and. It just heated. The inside seems more sturdy and better made. It's a MUCH smoother ride. The twin turbo is awesome. Has more power. Pretty cool that the back seats have a heated option. The front camera is interesting. Kind of crazy that it will park itself for you ! I'll never use it but I tested it out. Pretty cool. Haven't tried the parallel park only perpendicular. The paint isn't like I thought it would be. I thought it would have too much sparkle. It is a little more then I'd like. But not over powering. Still waiting to tint the windows. I've forgotten how bright it is with out them lol. I'm not a fan of the led daytime lights. Thought there was an option to turn them off. But haven't figured it out yet. Overall, I miss the old one. But I'm happy with the new one.

I fell in LOVE with my 2013 edge sport. The balck on white contrast, and the aggressive look.... loved it. But after having been in an accident, it wasnt totaled, they fixed it, and its fine. its just not the same, and now, I dont like the car anymore. Looked for a new one, but no luck. Saw a 2015 black sport. Looks alright. Has some things that are better, some I think are worse. But thinking of going forward with the purchase. Im a little disappointed that they glittered the car. Its not horrible, but I dont think I love it. Theres a differance in the glitter in my pearl white one currenly, and this black one. The white looks way better. And alothugh, so far its my only gripe, im curious to hear feedback from others who have also upgraded. See if people like it better, less or the same. I just know my current edge, just isnt the same.

Not near a rail yard. When I first got the car there were tiny specs on the driver door only. It's been snowing non stop here. Finally have a stretch of decent weather so I went to wash the car to get all the crap and salt off of it. And when I got home to wax it that's when I noticed it everywhere except the front. But that's covered in knicks from rocks and crap ok the highways. Ugh. Sucks ! I'll look into the clay bar. Have to get an oil change today too so when I get to ford I'm going to ask.

I feel like bee pollen wouldn't stain. And it's winter here. There's no bees lol. It's frustrating

Not near a rail road or industrial anything. I find it very odd ! At first I thought it was paint splatter from road work. But there's been. One of that since I've owned the car.

What the heck ! There are these little yellow specs all over my car. They seem to be literally everywhere except the front and hood. I don't know what they are from, there was no recent road painting happening. Regular washing doesn't take them off. Rubbing the crap out of them also isn't making a difference. I literally have to scratch them off with my nail. That will take FOREVER ! Has anyone else expierienced this ? What is it ? And most importantly HOW DO I GET THEM OFF ! Tried a big and tar remover, no go. Tried waxing the crap out of it, also a no go. Tried rubbing them off with a micro fiber cloth, nothing. I don't want to scratch the paint up.

Just learned about this issue the other day. Might as well service mine now and get ahead of it before it becomes an issue ! Sounds quite expencive. I've only had my 2013 edge sport for almost a year and a half. I'm currently at 50k miles. How often do you have to service this ? I'm not seeing any info on that. Until when you notice the leaking.

Changing the battery did nothing for this problem. Just drilopped it off for them to check it out. They gave me a rental so they are going to have it for a while. In the meantime from changing the battery up to today when u dropped it off I now can't even get in the car via this smart entry or what ever they call it. ( where just touching the handle will unlock the doors for you ) so that stopped working too. I'll keep you posted though. I'm anxious to get it back.

I'm excited now, maybe the issue will be resolved. Going to work soon so well see !

I actually just got the car battery replaced today when I went for my oil change. You think the car battery could possible effect this ? I guess we will see tomorrow morning at first start up.

We tried a silicone type thing to fix it but it kept happening. I HAD to replace them. So far since I've only opened my sunroof about 3 tikea. But everything is good so far

I was only given one key when I bought it. Battery replaced so it's not that. I think k I maybe need to buy a new fob.

So the last week or so when I go to start the car it keeps saying no key detected. It won't start until I press lock or unlock on on the key fob first. So far it's only been first start of the day. Then when I get to where I'm going after that initial start when I turn the truck off it says restart now or key needed. I have an appointment next week to take a look at it. I have a feeling I need to buy a new key fob. Which I'm sure is a hefty price. Anyone else seen or have had this issue?
