Hi From NM. I have a 2009 Ford Edge that I purchaes new. For some reason I suddenly cannot make phone calls using the voice command as It will not recognize the command as to who I want to call. Ex: Call Linda. The response is call windows phone, call Bev cell, etc. Nowhere close to the name I speak into the system This occurs no matter what name i ask to call. Has anyone had this issue and what I might do to correct it. Thanks
