We had a 2013 Edge Limited, SYNC was always messed up so we got rid of it. Traded for a 2014 Edge limited like you did . Our 2014 rides so much smoother than the 2013 did (both with 20 inch wheels). The tray in the rear seat back is narrower on the 2014 than the 2013 was which is fine with me, i never ride back there. They are a few small changes between the two years but Ford says they are the same. We also have dye transfer from clothes on the front seat

Did your Edge come with a trailer Hitch? If so, maybe the towing package has stiffer rear springs? Just something to think about.
