enigma-2's post in Horn specifications? was marked as the answer
I've never read what the actual loudness of the OEM horn is, but the DOT requirement is 110 db at 10 ft.
Aftermarket horns are usually 135 db but that's usually measured right at the horn opening.
I did read an interesting article where Ford changed the actual sound of the horn depending where on the world the car is sold.
https://www.wheels.ca/news/theres-a-reason-your-car-horn-sounds-wimpy/
Wikipedia states OEM horns are 107 to 109 db.

As for high/low pitch, not certain what your looking for. Both horns come mounted on a steel bracket. In my experience dating back many years ago, the last time I replaced a horn, each was marked either "high" or "low" on the horn.

Does the screen have the word "Navigation" then yes you have maps and GPS. If it has the word "Information", you don't have navigation. But it can be added for $800.

Sync services is not related to navigation. It is a method you can use with your cell phone to control certain functions of your car, like remote start, things like that. You must have a contract with Ford and pay a monthly fee. Like GM's OnStar.

enigma-2's post in remote lock/unlock not stopped working on 2012 Ford Edge was marked as the answer
Try checking the fuses. If ok, I think I would try pulling the fuse and leave it out for an hour.
To be honest, I'm not certain which fuse it is, but in the 2012 Edge, fuse #6 controls the RF, #18 controls the PATS, #20 controls the lock/unlock relays (w/o IA), #23 controls the Intelligent Access and #26 also plays a part in IA.

If it's listed on your window sticker, I'd be calling my sakes agent on Monday morning and asking where is it.
Worst comes to worst, you can add it yourself. Vern talked about here in the firum, and the following posted pix on exactly how he did his

I've done several, not hard at all. (You might get lucky and find one on Ebay from a wrecked car, at a much lower price).

Kind of sounds like it's not moving all the way. Think I would start be spraying WP40 all around the latch area and operate it several times.
