btw. keep headlamp upgrade next in your todo list... the difference is trully remarkable as you probably noticed that OEM lights are really bad... I did the headlights two weeks ago and they are fantastic........so much brighter and I tried all the other replacement bulb upgrades.....If you get the 6000K bulbs they match the DRL's perfectly. New headlights were a easy 45 minute install with no wire cutting or splicing ..... simply plug em in !
-
No discount to forum members (prices are already very reasonable) If you order you get a STEP BY STEP installation instruction page .... just follow it one step at a time ....very very easy install
-
Everything they sell is top notch and backed up by fantastic customer service. Their DRL's are a worthy investment !!

Welcome and congrats.......you are gonna love your Edge! I was a GM guy until I got a Edge Sport and so far Im really impressed This site is great and many tips and tricks...even a Ford rep (who is fantastic) is on this site. My first recommendation...if you notice your headlights are less then pleasing (a common gripe ) ..... go to daytimebrightlites.com for HID replacements ... east install and a world of difference...their DRL'S are great too

ls973800...I too did the DRL's from Dan and last week did his HID headlights.....they are fantastic, a simple plug in install, and a perfect match for his DRL's. They are really really bright too ....... a perfect replacemeent for the factory headlights that barely put out any light

air intake waste of money on edge
rwf78155 replied to Matt Ives's topic in Accessories & Modifications
I did the K&N cold air intake system or the Edge and I too notice absolutely NO DIFFERENCE in either power gain or fuel economy What it did notice is that when I really press the accelerator It sounds like a jet engine spinning up and pulling air in under the hood. On a positive note...it looks nice ! -
I Have noticed that it only takes the bulbs about 10 seconds to get to full brightness

Like O.C. Derek I got my first Ford in many many years...A Edge Sport GM is indeed behind the times.....After all my years....my vehicle search in the future has been narrowed to Ford and Lexus
-
I had a Z06 Corvette that went through 4 GM batteries and would still find it dead in the garage after sitting for a week. On my own and out of my pocket I installed an Optima Red Top battery and never had another problem ....... just sayin !
-
Get over it....its surface rust ! That drive shaft will last till long after you and I are dead and gone.
-
Got my Edge inspected with the annual state inspection and had the headlight alignment checked....it was perfect and needed to adjustment....Dan's replacement is just so much brighter then the dim factory bulbs
-
Ford doesnt make it ...aftermarket product that I saw on a Edge Sport pic on the internet
-
Does anyone know of a manufacturer of a front strut brace for the Edge Sport
-
Since I had their DRL's already installed I got the 6000 K (on Dan'ss advice) and they are a perfect match
-
Or.... They could actually be really bright Funny but with your theory you would have thought they would have gotten me flashed even with the old bulbs
-
Just took the Edge out for a night time test of my new daytimebrightlites headlights bulbs and for the first time ever I had people flashing me to dim them...on Low beam... They are amazing and a simple plug in install...no splicing or wiring required If you are disappointed with your headlights....get these from Dan

Tricia Rocks !
-
Pics would just be of really bright headlights...not a lot of value in them

Ordered the HID Headlight kit for my 2013 Ford Edge Sport from www.daytimebrightlites and the kit arrived in 3 days. Did the complete install today in about 40 minutes and they are fantastic ! Best thing (besides dealing with Dan) was their price was far and away the best available for a quality product !
