Get some plasti dip smoke for the chrome emblems with the ford logo it will actually black the blue and dark gray the chrome, depending on how many layers. either that or get pearl white cut out for the ford logos and overlay..

Good job with coming up with it but the edge part doesnt look straight.

I just traded mine with a member. The end caps pop off toward you upward. There are 4 bolts on each end. The strip at this time is only held on my the center strip bracket which is the same with or without the rails. You will have fill the outter holes leaving 1 for the new bracket. The strip at the front slide slightly under the windshield and rest pops into place.

If nothing else black it out with plasti dip and add glossifier to it to give it that shine. Easily reversible if you mess up or don't like it.

I ran my wire to the actually ignition. Hope this helps.

Omar I come from a customizable background. If there is a will there is a way. I found a glass roof intact for less the $700. So stating it is expensive is coming from someone who hasnt did research. As far as trading it in on one with the options is not a option. Step down from a 2013 f150 fx2 to a 2012 edge sel with navigation all touch panel power lift with only 16k. the majority of us customize cars to our liking. Example bake headlights to crack them open to paint the housing black. Add a sub to give a little bass. On the f150 I change the whole body harness and inside roof harness to add factory back up camera. I like challanges and do write ups on they are accomplished to assist a fellow member.
