Brought the car to the dealer. The detailer thought the spots may be caused by an errant sprinkler in my development. He used a mild compound and removed the spots. Parked in a different location and the hood looked fine this morning. Thanks to everyone for their replies and advice.

I have a 15 Edge in Ruby Red. Vehicle is only 2 months old. Yesterday I notices spots on the hood. Had the car washed but they are still there but not on any other section of the car. Does anyone have any advice on how to remove. Thanks.
