Hello guys. I got a 2013 Ford Edge. I've had several issues with this vehicle. Ranging from oil leaks, to power locks issues, and now my heater. My heater comes and goes. One day it works, another day it doesn't. It does blow air, but it's not hot at all. Sometimes it'll work for weeks with no problems and all of a sudden it stops being warm. Took it to the dealership twice and they can't figure it out. Have any of you had this problem? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

So last night I was messing around with a friend that I was driving behind and clicked on the high beams a few times. Every time the high beams would activate I would hear a loud thump coming from either the dash area or inside the engine compartment. Is this normal?

I was having the same problem!!! I would fill up and noticed the gauge going down too fast .. Like Is97 mentioned, I noticed the other day when the pump clicked that I was able to pump another 3 gallons in my tank by manually doing it. Now I see my fill ups last longer.

Nope. Mine keeps getting worse and makes even more rattling noises now. Everything else is fine except this. I really ain't going to take it to the dealer just to have them take the entire dash apart on a brand new car.

The sound mine makes is a rattling sound. It only happens when I'm on really bumpy roads, which here in SoCal they're everywhere. Ford has been great in contacting me and setting up appointments. But honestly I know they will eventually have to take my dash apart to locate the problem and I don't think I want my dash taken apart. This really shouldn't be happening on a new car. Sad really.

I am interested in your story. Do you mind sharing it? You had these tranny problems on your 2013?

I have weather techs and I love them. They fit great.

Hello guys. I've been going through the menus on my SYNC system and I can't find out how to do it. Hopefully someone here can help. When in listening to music etc and I get a new text, sync mutes the music and tells me I have a new text . Is there a way to disable this? I don't like having my music interrupted I have the regular SYNC not my touch. Thanks

Yes please post pics. I was actually gonna go with that. I got the iottie. So far so good. Holds great . I placed it on the dash, right in the middle.

Thank you Todd! I will be sending you a PM shortly. I started hearing it again today. Sounds like a rattle. Like something is loose under the dash near the steering or pedals.

Added the filter today. My Edge came with the mesh screen. Took it out, slid in the filter. Fit like a glove. Thanks again guys

Got a new 13 Edge , only 1000 miles. Today started hearing noises at slow speeds while going over speed bumps or small bumps on the ground. It sounds like the sound a license plate makes when you play music loud and vibrates against the car. The sound is coming from under the dash, like where the pedals are at. Hard to explain. Anyone else have this?? Pissing me off that creaks are occurring only after a 1000 miles. Thanks
