After the last update, mine is working properly. Almost afraid to say that out loud...

I wish I had read this before I bought my 2013 Edge Sport. I am having EXACTLY the same problem. Just curious, does your's work properly now?

Since the last update, I am having problems with the format of my RDS on the HD radio setting. It used to always display as song title on one line and artist under this. Now it is very inconsistent. Sometimes displays in that same format. Sometimes scrolls. Sometimes it is nonexistent. Sometimes it is stuck on the previous song halfway through the current song. I have taken to the dealer three times. They did a master reset. I called the technical hotline - they suggested a master reset and said if that didn't work to contact the dealer. This is extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions?
