No its black. If you look at the picture I have of my car you can see the whole car. I thought about buying new rims but they match to the T

Oh Ok, no I haven't tried anything don't want to make it worse. It's bad now I don't want it looking like crap.

I will try the paint shop and see how much that is, the issue with the Web link is I need to take it off the tire. Which I don't have the means. But thanks for all the help!

I have a 2011 Ford Edge Sport with the stock 22" wheels and they have started to peel! I'm unsure of what to do so I'm hoping someone here knows a better fix than buying new wheels.
