May be Hood Switch is faulty, you can check it by putting a piece of wire in the connector to short the two terminal and give a remote start signal..

Agreed. The programming method provided along with the keypad is not working. Although ford website says that it is compatible with ford 2013 non peps models. I have also checked with the local dealer here in Saudi Arabia but they even don't know it.

Gary, i got ur point and fully understand how to program a new IKT or PATS key through IDS. My main concern is to program the Ford wireless entry keypad, which is a genuine ford accessory and ford says that it si compatible with Ford Edge 2013 Non PEPS vehicles .

Did u ever try to start the vehicle remotely through the stock IKT??

what is the recommended tyre pressure for 18" (245-60R18)?? At what pressure, TPMS warning will come out? Last month tyre pressure warning appear in my car, upon filling the air to the required pressure, warning goes off, but 2days ago it comes again. To me its seems to be some other problem than inflated tyres. Any expert opinion?

Same issue with me also, i have installed 100 Series Plug n Play Remote Start Kit to my 2013 SE. Ford is claiming a range of 300ft but unfortunately it is working only in a range of 30-40ft.

Murad, May be you already have the Remote Start System installed in your vehicle and just need to add Hood Switch + Remote Start Activation through IDS. I have experienced the same here in Saudi with one of my friends SEL-2013. Best of Luck

Yesterday i have noticed another thing that i have tried to program a new Integrated Key Transmitter (IKT-comes with the Remote Start Kit) in the same way mentioned above but it also fail. Although i have Enabled the Owner Key Programming feature thriugh IDS. Any ideas folks?? I really need help on it

still trying and searching..... any idea how to know the frequency of the RF Keypad?

through IDS Keys will be programmed by putting key into the ignition in ON position and pressing "Program Button" in IDS, there is no option i have found to program the kaypad.

I have checked it comes with 433Mhz but dont know the frequency of RF Keypad..

Yes, I am pressing both buttons at the same time and releasing them. also it light up when i press the buttons. Will it require any programming through IDS?? I can do that if required.
