I get about 20mpg in sport mode. I have been driving the car last 2 weeks and the wife has been taking the fusion hybrid back and forth to waikiki, fusion mpg has gone up to 36mpg from my 30mpg and her Sport has dropped from 22mpg to 20.5 right now.

You dont have to have vista roof for HIDs. My sport lacks vista has HIDs. Personally, I'd rather have the distance of a HID over thr foreground lighting of a LED

a retrofit requires putting in an actual HID projector. just putting in a PNP HID kit is still going to glare into oncoming traffic.

Actually your stock halogen projectors are pretty good. If your previous car didn't come with projectors that could be the reason you think they suck. Projectors when equipped with the correct bulb they were made for, focus the light where it is supposed to be. Yes you can buy a PNP HID kit but it's going to glare into oncoming traffics eyes and generate more foreground lighting. I'm not even going to being up LED as every PNP LED is a paper weight. Word of advice, don't listen to anybody that tells you to install a PNP LED kit....unless they are telling you to do a LED Projector retrofit using REAL LED projectors.

As far as the rattle. Have you checked the passenger seatbelt? If it's twisted jt just rattles against the plastic.

I totally wasn't awake yet when writing that, been doped up on oxy these last 48hrs. easiest swap would be to find a wrecked version and take it all. I think the fenders may be the same not sure. but if they aren't you would need. hood/fenders/headlights/upper radiator support/front bumper/grill/ the bumper support is different too I believe/...few other odds/ends also. the DRL I'd just get the drivebright ones.
