So there are 2 frame pieces that make the intercooler smaller than the bottom grill. This is why the drivers side of the grill is blocked off instead of mesh. You would have to cut away some of the "impact bar" for lack of better term to make a custom intercooler fit that was bigger than the oem one. my day started with rim cleaning and a tire rotation, it quickly evolved
