Majority rules, yeah I could simply add you in, in a sorta God mode. That would not be fair to the 3 Vs 1 ruling or the users who complained. You are not the easiest person to get a long with online and I think you already know this. Me, I dont care either way. I may have created the group but I carry no more authority than any other admin.

I doubt 12s will EVER be considered slow for this platform. Even if one vehicle was pushing 900hp, 12s wouldn't be considered slow for this platform. It would take some Mustang type attention and change the demographic from female drivers to male drivers to make that happen. The Edge does not have GCSRT8 type following and never will. Grateful for all your sourcing out, don't get me wrong. It's just gonna take about 2,000. more people wanting the same thing.

What have you done to/with your Edge/MKX today?
Nick Halstead replied to WWWPerfA_ZN0W's topic in Accessories & Modifications
I had planned on just wrapping the gray piece, but then some kid in the neighborhood hit my top blade (the 3 blades of the grille) with his handle bars and left a 6in long paintless white spot. So I had to wrap those also stock current look -

indeed, my whole grille is wrapped, every single piece of it -
Just looks better with all the void filled in imo

I just don't like the wasted space. Shit, my 2013 Edge base model came with 3.5in tips. though a staggered quad 5 inch, would not look bad

Update to grill and intercooler shutters with LMS tune
Nick Halstead replied to Mikula's topic in 2.7L EcoBoost
yeah, you have to ask for it. I saved 10 lbs with the removal and tons of detailing time since water just sits on the honeycombs of the AGS system -

Shutters are closed 90% of the time. I just completely removed the system off the car. -
agreed, once they settle, it's def a lot stiffer ride. more of a "thud" instead of a "bump" lol, doesn't bother me though

Instal twin turbos on the 3.5L V6 in my 2016 Edge Titanium AWD
Nick Halstead replied to BITOFNEDGE's topic in 3.5L
Anything is possible with the right amount of funds. Granted 1st you would either have to rebuild your current 3.5 or source a 3.5TT. Your 2nd hurdle will be making all the plumbing fit. Pipes are already crimpled in the 2.7 due to lack of space. There are guys with project mustangs using the 3.5TT, they are $20grand into it and its still a rolling chassis -

patience is key, I enjoy detailing though, I usually have a car a weekend to detail or ceramic coat. I have a few things planned for the Edge but being in Hawaii is killing those plans. I've also said screw every other thread on this forum and just post everything in here now. lol -
great job going custom. how far did you make your tips stick out? also, how much room is left. Room to run 4in staggered tips?

well, got the car polished but wasn't able to put the ceramic on it yet. So she will sit in the garage and I will bum rides to work till she is complete. (gosh, facebook kills quality. ( @jnhalstead on instagram ) Wheels are already coated in Gyeon Rim and topped with Gyeon Can Coat. Paint was cut with Griots Garage The Boss G15 DA, Fast Correcting Cream and a Lake Country Foam Wool pad, and polishd with Griots Garage Perfecting Cream and Lake Country orange HDO pad. Cquartz is the ceramic that will be going on and then topped with Gyeon Can Coat. Interior is getting Gyeon Leather Shield and Fabric Coat. -
will cost about $500-$700. US dealers CANNOT order it. will have to befriend a UK member, send him money and hope he doesn't screw you over. Or fly to UK and hope it is not on back order. I was very very very close to pulling the plug, but most of the honeycomb on the vignale is fake and doesn't allow air flow, so it's pointless, stock Sort grill allows more air

I've had the bumper off about 20 times probably, I can have it off in about 30 mins now, probably faster if I was actually being timed. I use the ramps to sit the bumper on and if you have the front camera, be ready to plug the washer fluid line. or bend it and stick it in the frame right near where you splith the lines. you do not have to remove the tires, and do not need to remove all bolts in fender, just the ones on the edge https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8epPWB6ZdvaUlhKQUJpVWQ4d1U/view?usp=sharing
