  1. Ford really got them this time. It's almost a $4,000. mod, unlike 15-18. where we only had 3 pieces, 19up has 4 pieces. roughly $800 a piece for inside 2 pieces and $900 a piece for outside.
  2. he is not referring to actual tails, all Edge's have LED tails. He is referring to the LED Rear DRL.
  3. Those were the prices for 15-18 and its probably the same for 19up. Top two lineup models usually have the red part illuminate and the rest do not. You would need the middle piece orherwise it would look odd if the red on that didnt light up also
  4. you will need to update your tail lights to get them to work, they do not have the LEDs built in. Should be around $1,300. per side and $1,300. for the middle
  5. looks good, I agree about the wheels, it's the first thing I said when I lowered mine. I also wouldn't rock that license plate frame. Specially if your going in for warranty work (which is almost guaranteed).
  6. if your handy, you can separate them and paint yourself, they are plastic welded together. Or you can message Travis Patterson who runs http://5hundred.net and he custom makes them front and back for like $125 a set with new emblems.
  7. probably from factory, nothing is missing, even the pdf files have it as empty
  8. your H9s are better, if you must go the LED route, Diode Dynamics SL1 and Morimoto's version come in 2nd. HID is still king of headlights tho
  9. you can also save the oem file to your computer. I keep mine there. Though I've been tuned for the past 40k miles and even had transmission housing replaced with tune applied.
  10. Ford uses a LED Projector on the ST. thankfully they finally ditched the Reflective Housing LEDs the f150 had. American LED is trash though, washington needs to hurry up and get it together. Audi is waiting on them to approve Matrix in the USA. The Q8 has Matrix headlights but they are "turned off" and when washington approves the use of Matrix, it's free to go get them coded on at the dealership.
  11. Yeah lip on the vignale seems like it would only work on that and look right. I do like the aerotekk skirts, but feel front and back are way to subtle
  12. They do a horrible job showing off anything but the sides. SSTuning is making sideskirts to match the front lip also. I dunno if I could pay this much for these though. I guess if I had nothing better to buy.
  13. You will not see much if a performance gain (still probably wont be 300crank hp, nowhere near 300 wheel hp). What you will see, from what everyone else has said is a HUGE improvement in the transmission. Any performance part added creates more wear and tear, though you should be fine
  14. Yeah, it was cheaper to make 2 letters instead of 5... I couldnt let that one pass. It was too good. Lol
  15. Sorta, but Nardo Grey by Audi was the trendsetter for all these flat glossy looking greys
  16. but I also don't consider a TrackHawk a premium vehicle, just an expensive version of a cheap vehicle.
  17. Financial status will usually vary the opinion of what one considers premium, that is why I included that.
  18. now that I think about it, I think this Edge only got 20% over top the rear. My 13 had 5% over the back. I was deployed when wife got it tinted. Looks to light in rear to be %5 over top the factory 20%
  19. we all have different financial status' but me personally, don't consider anything under 55k a premium price, it's pretty attainable, and I by no means am wealthy
  20. never metered the back with 5% over it cause every state I've been stationed in, back doors back in a SUV can be dark as you want. as far as coils, have not done anything yet, but, here's how to do it. 2G Fusion Sport Coilovers, throw H&R springs on them, fronts will bolt right up, rears will require custom bracket. Gonna be a while before I do it. My focus has shifted to paying off the edge, and then upgrading my A3 to a S7 or used RS7 in about 3 years.
  21. indeed it is one of the best features, I need to get ahold of a wrecked one!!! true...I just throw 5% over the stock and 20 on the front. the back is so dark it makes the front blend
  22. nope Nardo Grey, one of Audi's most famous colors. Yeah, almost every manufacturer has almost one vehicle that comes in this shade now.
  23. ST comes black headliner/interior now. Also, you wouldn't want a none tinted Edge, and they come untinted because every state has different tint laws
