  1. Top 3 of replacement bearings Timken Motorcraft SMF? Never heard of Moog bearings but have heard of them for other suspension components.
  2. Here's an interesting thought..... Why didn't they roll with the 9 speed that was collaborated with GM? They are already running the 10 speed auto in various vehicles with excellent results. Ideal for me would be an Edge ST that shifts as fast as a Camaro ZL1 with the 10 speed auto.
  3. Given that Premium is 91 in my neck of the woods, do you have a good performance tune that could work with that?
  4. Can you Photoshop that kit (Splitter, flares) on a Platinum white '19 ST with Giovanna Kilis rims?
  5. The only GC I'd consider is no longer made (Trackhawk). However, with the litany of issues my wife has had to deal with on her 300, I am not too keen on going that direction. Case in point, we have had to replace the shifter in that car to the tune of almost $1000 and we still have to replace the bluetooth module to the tune of $500. Trading hers in on the 2017 300 across the street is increasingly tempting.
  6. Added "temptations" - Mustang GT (Dealership is also a Roush dealership which means warranteed mods) Almost guarantee that wifey might veto the Stang because she thinks they are claustrophobic - Camaro ZL1 (Already test drove one) Spousal "Temptation" - 2017 Chrysler 300c in the Used Car lot with 42k on the clock. She already has a 2013 with almost 170k.
  7. My dealer keeps trying to get me out of my paid for 2011. The salesman who already knows me understands I am looking at the following: Edge ST in either Platinum White or Magnetic Expedition Platinum Max in Platinum White Planning a test drive of an ST soon. Already test drove the Expedition Platinum Max.
  8. Every now and then, I would see this light. I may have them check it out to see what the deal is.
  9. Stock tire: Michelin Latitude HP Next tire: Yokohama YK580 Current tire: Kumho Crugen KL33 Got the Kumhos for $129 each from Discount. The thing that sealed it for me was the 60k warranty and the V rating (Better heat rejection in AZ's summer months)
  10. I have been shopping the reverse lights for a while and these from VLEDs make the short list: http://www.vleds.com/shop-application/reverse-back-up/921-led/921-6-ho-c.html and These from the Retrofit source are also on the short list: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/921-1-0-profile-peak-led-bulbs.html?carDisplay=2011+Ford+Edge+(Halogen+Equipped)&preselect=&preselect_restrict=1 I also need to look into replacing my v1.0 puddle lamps from Dan. I'll go through Dan for the new ones..
  11. Took it in for its 170k service and got told there's an oil leak and a coolant leak. Can someone get me the part numbers for those hoses?
  12. Most important modification: Paid off Upcoming: Power steering leak to be fixed Oil Change (Finally) Bearings (Finally) Replacing reverse lights
  13. I know it's been a while but..... - Getting the chrome piece on the grille between the headlights replaced because it came off during a car wash - Checking to see why I am getting PS noise when starting up - Getting oil changed - Looking at replacing battery (I hate that O'Reilly's stopped the 5 year warranty for one of their batteries)
  14. Update: I have gotten the Motorcraft bearings for the front wheels. Will be installing them soon.
  15. When it comes to watching video, that's what my smartphone and tablet are for.....lbvs
  16. Agreed. But the Charger from the original Fast and the Furious was badass in its own right.
  17. Yesterday: Ordered new front bearings (Motorcraft) from Rock Auto. Plan to order rears soon. Today: Gets a bath.
  18. They have a different dust boot you can buy to aid in ventilation.
  19. PSA: If you can do so, keep a spare ballast and bulb handy (I actually have 2). With many aftermarket kits, these items may fail, Also, keep some fuses on hand because they may blow.
  20. Update: I should be getting my refund today. I will be ordering the Motorcraft bearings from Rock Auto.
  21. Check your pads and the caliper. What kind of pads? If it's a wheel bearing, you are going to hear the noise at speed and the sound will diminish under braking.
  22. Since this is also a video iPod, I was leaning toward the 256 but may consider the 128 since i mainly store music on it.
  23. Last night: Changed HID ballast and Fuse #17 Today: Gets its first post-detail wash
  24. Latest update: I finally got it opened and can see that I am definitely going to need a new rear cover because I had to be somewhat aggressive in getting it off. I also located the battery and plan to replace that with a 3000 mah battery. The only decision now is capacity. I am still debating going with either a 128 GB or 256 GB SSD.
  25. chef: Correct. Mine is a 3.5L, FWD, 18" wheels with MFT. No BAMR but a roof rack, though.
