  1. Just called the company and the wheel in 20" is a 29 pound wheel which is virtually the same as the stock 18".
  2. If I went to 22s, I am looking at increased unsprung weight (which I know will be drastically higher than the 20s) which affects my fuel economy.
  3. What do you guys think of these rims to go on my 2011? The options I am considering are as follows: a) Buy the Chrome Version Get the above version but have the face painted to match the Edge's Platinum White c) Buy the Black Version Tires: 245/50/20 Pirelli Scorpion Verdes
  4. Dingo, thanks. I am really looking at that mod pretty hard.
  5. When you first installed LEDs for the taillights, did you use a resistor to simulate an incandescent bulb's resistance? Usual sign if you didn't is hyperflashing if it's a turn signal.
  6. I took the step of contacting the company directly to check.
  7. I wonder if they can make these with the integrated convex mirror.
  8. This is a mod I definitely like. Maybe when I get the larger mirrors for my 2011, I will look into the integrated signal mirror.
  9. That is correct on both counts. Some vendors use 9006/9012 interchangably.
  10. The ones I got from KC300C are actually pretty good. In fact, they do a nice job of lighting up behind me as I can see the difference with the backup camera.
  11. Candurin: Duly noted, amigo. Vanity Mirrors: http://www.v-leds.com/5K-WHITE-HI-POWER-3-CHIP-p9768538.html Note: Better get your orders for these in quickly. They only have 1000 in stock and two are (finally) coming my way.
  12. This thread is a listing of the LEDs for the 2nd Gen (2011-2013) Edge. Thanks goes to the following for creating the list. They also have 6K Type 2s now. For the 6K Type 1s, I am sorry to tell you that they are currently sold out. 13. One member did a shallow mount and modified the box that the 8" came in.
  14. Try this: http://www.jlaudio.com/8w1v2-4-car-audio-w1v2-subwoofer-drivers-92070
  15. JL Audio has a few, but you'd be better off going with the 10" Stealthbox.
  16. I did not change the light housing for my HIDs but did order a 35w 5000K kit from http://www.3bspec.com with Canbus ballast, Warning Canceller, and DRL module due to my Edge having DRLs.
  17. Change the outside mirrors so that the blind spot mirror doesn't take up a ton of space in it. However, I did see something on an RV that caught my interest where there is a convex mirror and a camera to alleviate blind spots.
  18. Case in point, I got the puddle lamps from kc using 5K LEDs to match my HIDs. Even the license plate bulbs match accurately.
  19. Now, I am not just getting wind noise, but also my conversations are periodically cutting out due to the wind noise. Dealer is aware of it. Going to suggest the Dynamat thing to the dealer.
  20. Haz: I will do that when I go in Tuesday to fix my Sync microphone issue.
  21. My mileage is also starting to climb. I am at 18.1 now versus 17.8 a few weeks ago.
