For wheels (Chrome Snettertons) and tires in 22" $3920 from CarID. I'll have to check the wheel shop here for exactly what I want. Possibly a custom fitment.

WWW: While tube amps may be what I am looking for in terms of sound quality and warmth, the concern is how well they are going to handle the extreme heat I deal with in AZ.
-
That looks better than the Murano Cross Cabriolet. IJS

Naaaaaah. Still not interested in going to 22".
-
That was one option I entertained. Just trying to find an amp with low wattage is akin to finding the proverbial hen's tooth.
-
I will have a new quote tomorrow when I test out the sub.
-
Did you have an OTA update with yours? Mine had to be updated right out the box.

The shop that wants to put the MRRs on is thinking of a 2.5" lip. But they may go with a different size tire like 275/40/20.
-
The way this is shaping up, it's 99% JL Audio (Sub, amp, components, coaxials) and one Rockford 360.3.

Might do the Tucson run first since it's flat. Sedona involves climbing up to 5000 - 6000 feet above sea level which can affect mileage. May also do a daily drive. For the record, the speed limit outside of Phoenix is 75 mph.,

Oh, and it's working fine with my LG BT headset.

Well, I can give you all feedback on it since I now have an S4. The skipping with the S3 whilst listening to music and the command issues pushed me to the breaking point. So far, the S4 has not skipped or dropped a song when playing. Cellbine: I also have an 80GB iPod Classic in mine that I use for tunes as well. I can also drop a 120 GB HD or my wife's 8 GB iPod Nano in there.
-
Shoulin: Absolutely. I will let you know how everything turns out.
-
I just got the S4 yesterday and am having no problems with my phonebook.

Eatin: Is that a 2.5" lip on those Snettertons?

Eatin: The Snetterton was one of the alternate wheel choices for my Edge. Do you have a pic of the Edge with the wheels?

Latest news (Yeah, I know I am taking my time with this): Sounds Good to Me in Tempe had the 10TW3 in stock. I am going to demo it Wednesday. Another change I am making is going with 6.5" components up front and 6.5" coaxials in the rear. Everything else remains the same.

Nice! Can't wait to get mine going. It may be the same as cdpratt's when done.

The high beams on these vehicles are activated by a shutter that you can sometimes hear. Did you hear the shutter move?

How is playing music/media on MFT with the S4? My S3 tends to cut out now and then.

To answer your first question, no. I am in AZ and I don't have any issues with it turning worse.- 8 replies

I might try this on my next run to Sedona or Tucson.

LED Switchback's Hesitating

That could be the issue. I am running the Type 1s w/o resistors and have no problems.
