2007-2008 cannot be done. Search the topic and you will find several threads on this, some very heated bewteen those of us on the pro change will moving and those on the anti change while moving. here is just one. there is another topic here IIRC of a claimed device that was suppose to be able to be wired up to allow this, and other features, but I do not think it ever went anywhere or was released or used by anyone here to confirm it can do it. also, I think it was kind of $$$

I use ICE on the outside... I have no issues with the Armor All, works great for me.

I use Armor All wipes that come in the container round dispenser.. makes it fast and easy on me

I got the 2.0 upgrade free IIRC there is a recent Ford tech who posted here that if you are paying for that, you got ripped since they are giving it away and Ford is picking up the bill for peoples upgrades.

pictures would be cool for reference. I would think this would make it easy on people no doubt. I assume you also have rear camera options?

hmm... BlazedUp, Freeflyer, jpeckin, weasel all claim it does this. very odd. I have never gotten mine to do this behavior. no rhyme or reason. keys in keys out, several have '08 and I have '08 so I see no tie to year, some say it never did it and then just started :unsure:

hey thanks.. I am kind of like the jack of all trades but master of none. If I want to do it, I learn how and fly by the seat of my pants often but you will have to buy me an OJ, as I do not drink Freeflyer - worry not about confirming it, as it is a confirmed issue in that it should not do what the OP said it is.

I have been watching this thread hoping someone would repot the cause as this is not SOP.

eek.. I would have been all over that day 1... would be very surprised if it cannot be adjusted out, but you should not have to do it. let them.

if you Search you will find several big threads on floor & trunk mats. here is one and another.. there are many more. This time around, I got the beefy rubber Edge versions and a weathertech rear liner. as for the question about the cover... no cover, we got jipped on that one and I think it super tacky! your not missing it, it was not made or provided as for hitches.. again, use search and you will find a TON of threads on that topic.. but the most often seen, used, installed one here (I did for example and many others) is by Curt. you can search here and get model numbers, prices, images, install details... it all exists in threads here.

this system is already so buggy I would say.. my first report said 2 issues: Under Engine, Transmission & Emissions = URGENT: charge system fault and Malfunction Indicator Lamp and the second was under Check, Fluids & Filter = Urgent Low Engine Oil Pressure BUT NOW, those 2 are gone and there is 1 new/different error: Breaks & Suspensions = Urgent Brake Warning Now think about the ramifications of this.. IF I believed this system, it would cause me to visit dealer, then visit again, then maybe find out no issues at all, maybe make me change vacation or travel plans, but maybe no issue. This could cause me a lot of cost, time, effort! So, are there issues or not? Which are real? Which will not exist the next time I run the report? So you set up a dealer appointment, setup a ride from someone, maybe take some time off work, only to find out... no issue at all. Or, what if like me you get some some serious warnings, only to find out if you run another report, they do not exist.

/Hijack love them... they are sold here on the board by Retro Solutions (he has a seller thread) .. search for HID topics and you will find a ton of info from me and many others who installed and love them Hijack/

I made it very clear, crystal, to my dealer that they best not put the front plate bracket on. and if they did, I would make them get me a new bumper with no holes

this topic has been tossed around here before.. many of us would love a truly 1 touch system and not have to sit there and hold the close for the BAMR and then also hold the close for the shade - what a PITA. but alas, it seems it is not possible as I have never heard/read of a way to mod the system.

The "play all" bug is back Upgraded to Sync 2.0 and I now notice this same symptom have reappeared as I previously mentioned. will try to redo the work around from post #7 and see if it works. I am pretty sure the 1.2 update solved this for me without the work around, but now seems to be back in 2.0

soo... you going to post up how you got it off for others to know?

feb of '08 AND I bought it on Presidents day so got another like 1k off.. so in the end, I got x plan price, conquest cash, presidents day, cash rebate

in fact, there are usually 2 coupons and 1 clearly states it is for a friend or family member. I know cause I gave 1 away to someone who used it.

dodge pickup only??? I came from a VW Passatt and I got it.. and I know others here got it for other cars/trucks. might have changed plan or something specific to just that dealer. that sucks

ask around here.. I gave 2 away earlier in the year (or was it late last year, I forgot exactly). often, Ford owners will get them in the mail and one is generally marked "for a friend or relative" also, ask for the Conquest Cash - another bonus for those coming from another brand to Ford. search here for more details or just ask your salesman.

have you contacted Pioneer and just ask them? In the past, I recall either reading here or elsewhere (IIRC) that the factory antenna tip can be different than the HU and that you will need an adaptor. And that there are like 2 types of tips??? That is why I pointed you to TSS as I seem to recall they have adaptors?

I am kind of thinking the vehicle report might have a sketchy scam aspect to it. why? the dealer sent me an offer to install it for free. upon running it the first time, there are 2 issues that they claim need addressing. now, I know this would all be covered by the warranty. BUT, the errors claim they should be addressed and that there might be dash lights on that confirm it. no such lights and no issues I know of. but the Health Report claims there are. so.. imagine out of warranty you see this and take it to the dealer. CHA CHING
