Yes! Thank you for posting about this issue. I started thinking I was the only one. I've spoken with Ford & SiriusXM numerous times. I am waiting on both companies to call me back with solutions. I've also been to the dealer 3 times and finally got the attention of one of the sales guys at Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville, IL. He is trying to get someone from corporate to weigh in. He was the only person annoyed enough to care. I will post on here with my findings.
