Hey Prinzll, I've read through all the HID conversion threads I could find on here and you seem to be the only person that knows and understands what DRL's are and doesn't skip over the question or add confusion when someone speaks of them LOL.
Anyway, I just want to be clear about a couple things before I order a kit. I'm in Canada and we just bought a 2013 Edge Sport for the wife, and kinda disappointed HID's were not an option, she drives a lot at night and I know how much I love them on my Escalade, so I'm looking into doing a retrofit kit on it right away as it has the projectors so should be an easy task.
Now with the parts you mentioned do the DRL's still operate? I don't want to disable them, I still want them to operate normally with the HID bulbs as they did with the halogen bulbs.
I'm not interested in buying junk, I would have gladly paid the $600 for the option to have them from the factory so want a kit that will last and not give problems, so I want to do it right with good parts straight off.
I'm looking at the 35w 4300k kit with the canbus ballast, warning canceller option, along with PNP DRL harness, will this get me what I want and need?
