Thanks for the reply. I did the reset thru the MFT. I lost control of the 2 usb's and memery card for the mapping and was instructed to do the master reset. Yeah i dont think they would be connected but was funny it seemed to happen at the same time.

Hi, We have a 2012 EDGE Limited with the 302A package. WE love it, but recently had to do a master reset on the SYNC. and the memory feature on the seats and mirrior has stopped working. i thought maybe just had to reprogram them but doesn't help. it tries to adjust but moves about a quarter inch and stops. Not sure if its connected to SYNC or not. Any ideas before i make the trip back to the dealer ? Thank You.
