Glad to hear something may finally be done about the engine problem, but it is certainly heartbreaking to hear the troubles you have had to go through to get to this point. There is no excuse for the complaint not being noted in the service history. It should have a note attached "Issue cannot be duplicated" or something, but it should BE there. You have been documenting the problem on this forum since early January, so even if the dealership does not have a "record", we certainly do! You should have legal recourse, but would likely be a long process unless you know a very good lawyer who specializes in such cases.
