  1. Did you check the coolant level? I know it was pressure tested, but didn't see a mention of the coolant level. Also check the coolant itself to see if it has any discoloration/floating stuff in it. If so, might be time for a flush. How many miles on your Edge? And, BTW, welcome and glad to have you here.
  2. Hope this thread helps you: http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/8329-07-sel-plus-awd-rear-bearinghub-replacement/ Thought I saw a T-60 mentioned in there.
  3. Welcome & congrats, TMood! You've got a great list of mods lined up Opinions on the exhaust system are varied, as expected. To me, both look good and sound good. The Gibson is a bit more "aggressive" than the Magnaflow. Both are Stainless Steel, I assume 304 variety, so longevity should not be a problem. Your Edge is gonna be pretty rad when done
  4. I was looking in the owner's guide for the possibility of a clogged seat filter being the problem, but the filter does not seem to have been an available option on the Edge.
  5. It really is too bad that, first, this part continues to be problematic, and second, continues to be implemented in production without any resolution. At least they should put a notice out to put a black box in the vehicle when the owner registers a complaint. Maybe the legal department has other ideas (CYA)?
  6. You know, I was thinking the exact same thing as i was cruising past a Cayenne just the other day. Wouldn't be surprised if it served as inspiration for style AND power.
  7. http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/8648-remote-start-quiet-start/ Lower RPM engine start.
  8. Welcome & congrats, Brian! Your pride in your vehicles shows Like the Brian from VA said, great pics.
  9. Well, that's no fun! Glad you got out of the situation safely. Almost makes you want to put in an inline fuse/fusible link
  10. Cool, congrats! At least you will have max access to service records too. Looks VERY nice. Keep an eye on that vista roof, make sure it's well-lubed
  11. No luck taking the airbox off yet, will try AGAIN Monday. Pix then, audio too. Intake Air System Components — Exploded View
  12. EBay is the closest I have come to finding anything useful for "dressup".
  13. Also check your battery. Many electronics issues can be traced to an old/dying battery.
  14. Cool! Let us know how it goes. At least it seems easier to get an engine than a throttle body
  15. That might have been it, only greenish color available in the Edge lineup that I am aware of.
  16. Isn't that just a relay? Probably in the underhood power distribution box? The actual circuit goes through the Smart Junction Box. Basically, relay, circuit, hazard switch and the SJB are the involved componentry.
  17. Great to hear, Leigh. What symptoms were you experiencing? How did they diagnose it as a TB issue?
  18. Good to hear! Though it makes you wonder if the Ford guys just forgot to take off the "packing material" from the struts before installation
  19. Did you see any mineral grays? Quite an interesting color choice as well.
  20. This Edge means business! What did you go for your lighting upgrades? Interior lighting shots?
  21. Welcome & congrats! Kona Blue is quite a striking color. Maybe look at aquatic designs for inspiration?
