How many miles on your current pads/rotors, kghayes? You may need a brake booster, in addition to new pads/rotors (unfortunately, I have to recommend non-Ford parts for p/r). I will be getting my brakes p/r done soon with a brake flush.
And definitely change dealers/shops if unhappy with service. Plenty of recommendations on yelp, repairpal, dealerrater, etc.
