In the U.S., it's a federal requirement, so even if it could be turned off with IDS, no one would do it. You will have to install the sensors on the new wheels, sorry Should get new band sensors, EBay is a good place to get good prices on them.

Any oil leaks/smells? Check the oil level? Did they put in the correct oil weight (5w-20)? May just need a change with proper weight oil and proper amount of oil to fix the light. Wouldn't advise a lot of driving or hard acceleration if this light stays on when the engine is on.
Does it sound like this
Last oil change? Thinking tensioner or cam phaser at worst. Have the mechanic check oil pressure, exhaust leaks also.
Hope it is indeed just a vacuum leak.
Universities have been successfully racing biodiesel-fueled cars for a while now. The biodiesel is made primarily from waste organic products and used oil discarded by fast food restaurants. Don't know about the economics of it all, but it sure is tempting to go a little BACK TO THE FUTURE with fuel
Wheel speed sensor, then tone ring would be my choice culprits. Sometimes rust builds up on these parts, causing erroneous actions. A good cleaning may be all that's needed.
Welcome, Chelsie! Normally it's an approximately 6 week process, but I hear there's a production hold due to parts shortage, so it may be a little longer. I'm sure fellow members closer to the source/process will chime in soon with updates.
I assume you have the electronic climate control since you can set the temp. Sounds like the blend door or actuator is the problem here. Does the problem manifest on one side or on both driver/passenger sides?
