Is that a 2" receiver? Is that a factory installed option?

Can you do Mustang headlights too? Where are you located?

My 07 Expedition has factory Sirius and all my other cars have aftermarket docking stations for an Audiovox receiver and none of them have that kind of problem. You need to take it back and have them fix it.

Do you turn the key on first, put in neutral, then turn the key fully counter clockwise against the stops?

Do you have the 2" receiver? Did yours come with the factory receiver?

I found it: Sounds like it's well worth the money, even if it is only an 1-1/4" receiver...

I plan on ordering a 2008 Edge Limited very soon and I too want a 2" receiver for the same reasons. I'll probably never tow more then my Craftsman garden tractor or maybe a golf cart, but I would like to use the 2" accessories like the platform, bike racks, etc. Would I be better off ordering without the tow package and install my own 2" receiver? What all comes with the tow package (besides the receiver).

I have my 07 Expedition set-up as a toad (Remco driveshaft disconnect, Roadmaster brackets, tow bar & brakes) and I turn the key about halfway between off and ACC (just enough to unlock the steering wheel). I've already towed it over 2000 miles with zero problems. BTW - RV.net is a very good resource for anything RV related.
