My 2011 Edge Limited's driver side sunvisor will not rest firmly against the headliner like the passenger side does. It just kind of hangs down about an inch or so. It drives me crazy. Is there some sort of adjustment that I can do or is it broken?

Hello, just purchased our 2011 Edge Limited and the software update is in the glovebox but I am not sure it has been installed. How can I tell? Thanks for your help!
