Is there any stereo that upgrades and maintains function of sync and thx sound in 2011 mkx??

I am trying to install component speakers in the front doors of my MKX .. Could really use the wiring diagrams and colour codes if you have them. Also has anybody switched the factory sub out for a better one but kept the factory box?
