Looks like this will be my project for the weekend... Just to be sure, if the warm air is coming out of the passenger side, is that the Actuator side that I should go looking for?

My Limited Edge (with everything the SEL has along with retractable Sunroof, 20" wheels, Premium Sony sound system & speakers, Memory Card, Digital audio input, heated seats (yes in the Caribbean), Leather interior Cinnamon color, Phone controls on steering wheel) was $42,000. I too went with safety as my main attraction on this purchase and the ride. I also test drove the Sport, but with the condition of the roads here the suspension was a lot bouncier than I wanted, so I opted for the Limited. I love this vehicle.

I had mine replaced today... 2012 Limited @ 24,000 miles. I had the same symptoms as Dingo. Happened 2 times on me, first time was about a week ago. Driving at 65MPH my Edge just felt super heavy, like the wind was slowing us down, then all of a sudden the wrench warning light came on and it just stopped accelerating. I was able to pull over quick, before doing so my Edge started to shake, I had just filled it up and assumed it was bad gas. It was a Sunday, late in the evening, couldn't call the dealer. So, I shut it off, gave it a few minutes and started back up just fine. Ran great up until two days ago, started doing the same. Wasn't going faster than 15mph and it got all shaky, and the wrench light came on. Called the dealer, and he told me it was the throttle. Told me to shut it off, give it a few seconds to reset everything and to bring it in first thing Monday morning. Took it in this morning and 3 hours later they called me and said it was ready. They replaced it with a new one, using the reason that the original was in "bad condition" I asked if it had been perhaps due to bad gas, but they said nope. But I'm assuming they have changed out a few since I'm reading that there is a shortage of them in the US and here in Puerto Rico I got the work done pretty quick.

I tried installing the Gen2 - V3.6.2 update to my 2012 Edge and at first it tells me that I already have the updated version then I get a ERROR message saying: "INSTALLATION FAILED The installation has run out of space or does not work with this version" I'm super frustrated with this, because I was just at the dealer yesterday for over 5 hours trying to get the MFT updated without this new version. Upon leaving they mentioned this was a DIY. How do I know what version I am currently running on?? Is it the CCPU Version #? I'm in Puerto Rico, so I tried doing the Vehicle Health Report online and its not available. :-/ Also, last year when everyone in the US was receiving the USBs in the mail, I had to take mine to the dealer. A WHOLE day thing. Apparently they only sent USBs to dealerships and not individuals. What's a girl to do?

Dito here too!! 2012 Limited Edge... I did notice that then the "P" doesn't light up red on the dash, it will give me the message. Going to try the shift button "trick" to see if that works for me. Taking mine to dealer tomorrow, lets see if it will happen. I will mention it to them.

I've got the 3 pieces from my 2012 edge. Dealer damaged it a little bit when installing their dealer plates. I'm wanting to sell all 3 pieces. Let me know if your interested and ill send you a photo.
