Want to swap Auto-DIm Rearview Mirror

I am seeking to do the same in that I have the auto dimming mirror installed on my 2012 SE but would like the mirror with the homelink feature, specifically the Ford part 4L3Z-17700-B-E09. Minus the temperature wire routing, will with existing connector work on the homelink mirror? I would also be interested to know if the homelink visor could be installed on the SE? Mine has no powered mirrors but I am curious if the power cable for that was still ran and hidden under the headliner/a panel. Thanks!
