How is the customer service at this Ford dealer? Are they Blue Oval Certified?? It sounds to me like they either forgot to order it or someone dropped the ball and could of dealer traded it!! Go to the top dog--the GM and demand your VIN so you can search yourself. :stop: Keep us posted!

Keep us posted on how your mileage is on the first tank!! The Edge is just now showing up here in the the midwest--Kansas City--so I will be going to look at one on Tuesday after the holiday!
