  1. I have not yet purchased a smartphone, but I plan to buy one that's A2DP capable and has a built-in GPS receiver and is also fully compatible with Ford SYNC. I'll either use Telenav or Garmin's new navigation software for smartphones. Does anyone know if any combination of device and GPS software will stream the navigation voice over A2DP to the Ford Sync system? It would be really slick if I could play MP3s, take phone calls and hear the GPS all at the same time and all the audio playback and muting was coordinated with each other as well as with the SYNC system and didn't require plugging in any cables. I guess it all comes down to how bluetooth audio works. Does AD2P stream everything that would otherwise play out of the phone's speakers (like a virtual headphone jack) or does it only stream what is specifically coded by the software engineers to stream over bluetooth audio? Anyone know the tech details?
