I really like the Black look as opposed to the chrome. Looks great. Thanks for the write up!

Hey all, thanks again for the kind remarks. Things are going well here and I am excelling at what I do and making big waves. We have had a lot of snow here recently. It has definitely made for a change of pace around here. I'm going to try and post some pics here for you. Internet is terrrrrrrible...so bear with me.

Thanks guys. As long as the military sponsors my family to join me in Korea, we have decided to take our Edge with us. Really excited about that, but not excited about the potential of a wreck. Driving there can be crazy!

They have a lot of options now. The technology has changed a lot since this picture. You can contact them on FB. https://www.facebook.com/DynamikiLLu51ons- 26 replies

Yup, we are moving back there for a few years hopefully. We are really excited about it and can't wait to get there.

Plasti-dipped rims, blacked out emblems, removed logos...
Cellbine replied to fredro's topic in Exterior & Body
Here is a link to the thread: http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/11507-how-to-plasti-dip-your-rims-video-tutorial/?p=87609 -
Thanks everyone. Trust that I am doing everything in my power to get home to my family safe and sound. Yes there is! I was promoted to TSgt 2 days before I left.

It held up for a couple weeks. I eventually took it off because one corner started to roll back. I did work well though. I now just roll around with no case or cover. I like the phone a lot and love it in it's natural form. The plastic back is scratched up a bit, but I don't think that will be expensive to replace. So I don't really care what happens to it.

Since I've gotten settled in over here, relatively speaking, I thought I would fill you guys in. I recently was deployed to Afghanistan and have been here now since the beginning of December. I most likely will be more quiet then usual on the forums but Ill do my best to check in when I can. Ill try and update some pictures every now and then. Here is the last pic I took with my Edge right before I got on a plane to reach the AOR. I should be back next year and after that we are moving to Korea. Even though I don't have my Edge with me, I still hope to be able to help some people as I can.

The dip was the first thing that pop'd into my mind.

I also created a thread on removing headlights: http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/12812-how-to-remove-headlights;-2011-models/?p=99347

2015 Ford Edge Concept Introduced
Cellbine replied to robertlane's topic in Articles, News & Reviews
Agreed. It looks like we pretty much lost the cargo space. -
What have you done to/with your Edge/MKX today?
Cellbine replied to WWWPerfA_ZN0W's topic in Accessories & Modifications
Not quite sure. In the future, Ill look for something that has consistent light dispersion and is bright. I don't really like the dotty look from LED turn signal lights. I think that I am putting a hold on purchases for my Edge. We are moving to Korea in less than a year and at that time we will have to put our Edge in storage for a few years. Sent you a PM. -
Poor girl. Hope her recovery is a speedy one!

Those are crazy bright. I need to get a pair of LED turnsigs, amber only, that are brighter than the OEM bulbs. Switchbacks don't suit my setup anymore with my custom headlights. -
2015 Ford Edge Concept Introduced

I agree that it looks smaller. Hope we are wrong. -
Here are a few topics I found on Lockpick in the forums (the google search bar at the top left of the page is best for searching this site). Take a look to see what other Edgy's are saying about it: http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/12547-install-lockpick-on-13-limited/ http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/11344-nav-tv-vs-lockpick/ http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/10915-plug-and-play-video-in-motion-finally-here/

2015 Ford Edge Concept Introduced

I think the interior looks great, but not a huge fan of the front end redesign. I'm sure it will grow on me though. The interior looks really futuristic! -
Yeah, before I swapped the filter I was getting ~18mpg. I have never reset the Trip 1 meter since my Edge was born, she now has 30k+ miles on her and average MPG is 20.7. I'm pretty sure I swapped filters around the 15k mile mark. Coming up on 100hrs driven. Correct, just the filter. I want to put a CAI kit on, but my Edge is about to go into storage for 3+ years. There is really no point to add it at the moment.

I have a K&N air filter installed. It has been great. Ever since I installed it, about a year ago, I get 20+mpg in city. Could be the way I have been driving, but I tend to have a heavy foot. Just got a $150 german traffic ticket…no bueno…
