To my knowledge, the SD card isn't the only accessory needed for the Navigation. I believe, at least for the 2013 Fusion, you have to have a module in the front bumper area of the car that picks up the GPS for the Navigation.. The SD card just holds the maps and other softwares needed for the two to talk to each other. I opte'd out of the Navigation in my 13' Fusion Titanium, becuase I didn't feel 800$ was needed for a map on my Touch Screen.. However, if you were told that your vehicle had something and it doesn't and the "SALESMAN" will admit that he stated it had it.. Then you have some good ground to go on. As for getting Navigation in the car after the fact, if it didn't come with it.. It's my understanding that you can't do that...

100% of the forum members here use H&R. They are a very reliable company and produce very good equipement. All edge owners have been very happy with them. But to answer your question, Eibach makes a setup for lowering the Edge as well. They are a very reliable company, but may be more expensive. Not sure what year range they are available for. Most Ford enthusiasts will tend to only rep what Steeda has to offer. Steedaedge.com showcases the H&R springs and states they are very reliable. That may be why people use them so highly, but again.. I have never heard anything bad about them.

I do trust you.. And that may be the case. But tell me.. How are the new 2013 Fusions putting down more power to the wheel on the DYNO machine with nothing more than Premium GAS. They have the videos and numbers to prove it as well. Regular Gas is putting down around 190 to the wheel and Premium in the 200's. Not sure of the number, but its very loow 200's.

My 07 Edge SEL runs like complete crap if I put regular in my tank.. Trust me, I absolutely want to use regular becuase of the prices here in Orlando Florida but again, regular unleaded will cause my vehicle to run like crap at higher speeds and seems to tug a lot. I even took the vehicle in to have the tranny checked at 75k miles, the technicians said it was one of the cleanest tranny's they had ever seen at that mileage. The vehicle was bought used from a Ford Dealer, but the owner before me was the service manager at that Dealership and had been there for about 20yrs. I started using Premium in my vehicle, no more rough shifting and it rides like glass at all times now. The MPG seems to be a tad better. On regular unleaded I fill up about every 4 days, but on Premium 6-7. I know I may sound crazy, but I've owned the vehicle for 2yrs now and drive the same route everyday and my habits don't change.. Facts are Facts!

You really only get about 1.5" out of the drop. I am pretty sure that the stock shocks I have would be fine, but they have 70k miles on them and just feel that I am half assing things if I only upgrade the coil's.. I am amazed that nobody on here has stated were they got their "Aftermarket" shocks, if they actually have them. With all the gear heads on here that lower their edges, I can't believe none of them didn't upgrade their shocks. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDIT!!!: Mike, I didn't see your post after my original. Thanks for the heads up on KYB, I am currently looking into them. Thank you again, for stating this for me... I am sure others were very curious as well.

Wlepse: Good idea, but honestly in my previous experiences with the "SPORT"... Anything that goes onto an Edge with the word "SPORT" has a $1,000.00 minimum and a mark up of about $999.00.. One reason why I would never buy a sport... I could buy a limited and buy all the sport shit aftermarket and put it on and it would still be $32,000.00 Cheaper! LOL

Still haven't been able to find a company who makes the Edge Shocks in aftermarket... I won't put springs on this vehicle and lower it, if I can't find shocks! Pointless in my mind.

I stopped at my local shop to talk to my tinter about getting my front window done. I told him that people state about this "Haze" on the front windshield. he stated that you get that haze when using just a normal everyday regular window tint. He did however say that there is a new tint out by Llumar that is made specifically for front windshields and it has a glare to it that is damn near not visible on windshields. I looked at an audi he had just done which was at like 80 Volume which was about 20% TINT. It looked really good. You couldn't see inside the vehicle and it didn't even seem as if it had a tint on it. Its expensive, right at 90$ to do just that front window, were regular tint is 40$ but.. He did show me that before the vehicle was tinted it sat outside for a full day with a temperature meter inside of it. The next day, it was HOTTER outside and after the tint. The vehicle was 20-30 degrees cooler inside at times.. I am sold, and will be doing this to my edge very soon.

Serious Question: Is it that Ford recommends against it because they would rather charge you 300$ to do a full engine flush for you??

Is this with only new fords that you have to use a funnel? My 07 has no such funnel and I can pour into without a funnel.. Just pop the top and guzzle it in.. It has two holes at the bottom of the opening to gas tunnel and allows it to funnel in.. Never drops any on the ground!

I will rest my case with the two above posts.. Glad they got to it before I did because I may not of been as nice. You can look at the history bub, I have always prided myself in helping members on this forum. IF I remember correctly, this vehicle is a CUV not a drag racer. We can talk about who's is biggest in the pants but at the end of the day, they all do the same trick!! Having your turbocharger is nice and all, and if its true and really yours then GRATS on having something that maybe not a lot of people have. But when you come off the way you do, it seems very suspicious.. Especially when you can't post a bill of sale, videos of it running or dyno's. If this kit is worth 10k, i'd personally be selling it for around 6k.. I can tell you that Akirby, K300C, Dingo and other members are all very legit members and i'd even have a hard time paying them 100$ on this forum for something.. They are just names on a screen at the end of the day.. So for someone to trust some college kid with a ton of money for a turbocharger that the seller knows not that much about, i'd have a hard time doing and believe that 100% of the members on this forum would as well. I tried to hold back I really did!! But here goes, for one like others have said its an opinion.. To be honest, it really is the ugliest damn thing I have ever seen.. Should that deter you from buying one? NO.. If you like ugly then go for it, but in your opinion it may be pretty. At the end of the day its just a vehicle.. A vehicle that has tons of problems like all other rust bucket brands of cars out there and to top it off they have shit transmissions and MFT's that aren't worth a damn.. UH OH, does that deter you from buying one even more? I would think not, you still own yours... Unless you have since put a for sale sign in the window due to my comments.. Now.. i will say, the MKX shown above looks very nice, I love the aggressive look of the front end.. But i will also say that I like the front end of the 2011-2012 MKX when looking directly at it, but from a side view, it just gets blurry and looks like shit... Sorry but my 2 cents.. Oh Boy!!! You see, the rear end and front of the lower year models are beautiful.. Its the 2011 and Up that is TERRIBAD... The front end looks like a spin off from the Bat-Mobile.. It points inward and is just EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! :banghead:

SpeedMafia quoted in their thread on this website that the vehicle was picked up early and not 100% completed. So how you drove it around for 3 days when it wasn't finished is anyone's guess. There are two possibilities here in my honest opinion. 1. Its stolen and you have fabricated the dumbest story ever 2. You actually own this vehicle and blew your motor/trans because said install was picked up early and you didn't have it tuned or 100% done. Either way, good luck selling, but honestly like the others have said.. That is one ugly install for a build that is estimated at 10k. Read the reviews from other members on eCoboost! Supposedly they are getting HORRIBLE gas mileage on the highway.. Better city than highway supposedly! Just a thought

I have gotten used to it over the years, since I have had about 4 vehicles done.. But my first vehicle ever that I had tinted.. I asked the installer to do like 20% and he said, bubba.. If you are going to go below the legal limit, you might as well just go to one of the lowest and make it to were nobody can see in your vehicle.. If you are going to get a ticket for 20% then you would get a ticket for 5%.. So i went with 5% and thats what I have gotten on all of my vehicles since.. I love being able to stare at people at stop lights and never have to worry about them seeing me. Plus, with black leather interior.. I can literally flick someone off at night standing at the front of my vehicles grille and they can't even see me!!
