Thinking of installing Kenwood DNX 5140. Is there instructions available on removing the factory radio, Brushed Aluminum Panel.etc....?

I don't think its splitting hairs.there's separation with individual speakers.Every car I ever bought that had 6 or more speakers,were all separate. So if you go by that logic, if they included a midrange speaker it would be 12 way.

You don't count a 2 way speaker as two speakers unless there separate.That doesn't surprise me being the way there pricing and describing there options lately. I don't know about mounting tweeters.I really don't want to mess anything up cosmetically.5.25"? aren't they 5x7? Do you know of a web site with sample pics of car audio upgrades.?

The factory speaker have poor highs.Do you think there will be a noticable difference upgrading?

I'm thinking of replacing front and rear speakers.Equiped with the Audiophile upgrade.Like qulity sound,tight bass and clean highs.Want everything to fit with no cosmetic changes.Suggestions please!Thanks

almost like a exhaust sound,but coming from the engine.

Deep vibrating throaty sound.It does lesson as you pick up speed,then goes away when at high speeds.

Deep roar when accelerating.Didn't notice on turns.Don't have to accelerate hard does it on normal accelerating.

I have a 2007 edge sel plus AWD.I've had it for about 2 weeks and I noticed the engine making a loud deep revving noise when excelerating.It seemed to get worse the past couple of days.I can feel the vibration in the gas pedel.I went back to the dealer and test drove another edge, makes the same wining noise, but it doesn't have the deep revving noise.Is there something wrong with the negine or is it just the braking in period?
