NO with the new update the old map card does NOT work. We just tested it in our service dept you must have a new SD card for the nav to work

I have played with the new system it's much faster the voice is instant everyone will be extremely happy with it

I am employee of a Ford dealership by the end of March to mid April everyone will have the update. The service departments will be getting the updates by the end of the week

You cant back it up when they do a master reset it sets the whole system back to new...Kind of like formatting a computer

Setting Wallpaper: In order to set your wallpaper, you must first load photos into the system before you can select the one you want, or just use the Default Photo (Ford or Lincoln logo): • Press Menu > Display > Edit Wallpaper • Make sure you have a properly formatted photo on a USB or SD Card and it’s inserted into the media hub: – File for mats: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp – Maximum file size: 1.5MB – Maximum number of photos: 32 – Recommended dimensions: 800 x 378 pixels • Select the file you want when it shows up on the screen, and then select Add Photo to upload it into the system (up to 32 photos can be saved) • To set the wallpaper, press Menu > Display > Edit Wallpaper, and then select either the Default Photo or one of your photos from the saved photos list

Use the Z-Plan as a sales employee of Ford out of all the plans you can't get better pricing the the Z-plan. As a sales employee I cant get as good as a price on a vehicle then the Z-plan

There were a few bugs in the system which is why the kept pushing it back. They do not want it released unless all the bugs are out of it. The systems that I played with didn't have any faults it worked flawlessly

As an employee of Ford I was given an opportunity to try the new MFT systems. Let me start off by saying everybody will be VERY pleased. The new systems is unbelievably faster, the voice system is instant, they changed the climate features for the dual zone there is no more swinging, The new navigation system is great with its new updates and 3D mapping. The font is now bigger and easier to read, The new release date they say which could change is now end of March into April. I was very pleased myself with how they changed the system and you will be to. I know they keep changing the dates but believe me it is worth the wait.

Just bring it to the dealership all they have to do is put the rivets in. If Ohio requires a front plate they should have done it for you at the dealership already. It takes no more then 10 mins.

I am a big fan of the retro-solutions 55w 6000K kit..I installed on my truck on 1/27/11 no problems at all with the kit here are some images.

It's called collision warning with brake support if the car senses your going to get into an accident it sets those led's off with a beeping noise to alert you. It also precharges the brakes. When it goes on starting and shutting off the car its letting you know its activating and deactivating.
